It was great to see thousands of bikers most without masks. We joke about the northerners with their helmets as snow shields. And yes we see all kinds of crazy happenings on the bikes, and the decorations on the bikes. In the crazy state of California it is legal for a motorcycle to ride between cars. Once, as I was about to make a lane change and as I looked to my right I just happen to notice the CHiP (California Highway Patrol) between me and the car next to me. Literally made me jump in my seat. I wouldn’t have changed lanes anyway because of the car in the lane but I was not expecting the cop to be there. I never got used to that law. Glad it’s illegal here.
Now, I have nothing against motorcycles or riders, used to have my own :yes: - it’s the ones who want to become permanent members of the Darwin Awards.
