Another video shows a bound man pinned to the ground while attackers stretched out his legs, struck the side of each knee with an axe, released the zip ties, then smashed his arms and hands with a metal pipe before breaking his knees. The 30+ Palestinians murdered by Hamas were accused of spying for Israel or belonging to rival armed groups. On Thursday, President Trump warned Hamas that the continued violence would not be tolerated. "The guarantors demand Hamas uphold its obligations under the ceasefire terms. The brutal crackdowns on the Palestinians in Gaza, which have claimed the lives of dozens, caught the attention of the world, after footage leaked of public executions of those accused of collaborating with Israel. Other videos shared on social media depict Hamas security forces, with covered faces, beating those who have spoke out against the terror group’s brutality against its own people, or even those guilty only of having thanked President Trump for humanitarian aid and the new ceasefire. After the Trump ceasefire, Hamas has been acting more like a guerrilla militia force, attacking what it sees as threats to its existence, but avoiding resuming the full governance of the Strip it previously exercised.
