AC has many names. Man of sin, son of perdition, the lawless one, vile person, little horn, King of Babylon, Assyrian, and including Tyre. In Ezekiel 28, God has this to say to Tyrus.

Ezekiel 28:2 Son of man, say unto the prince of Tyrus, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thine heart is lifted up, and thou hast said, I am a God, I sit in the seat of God, in the midst of the seas; yet thou art a man, and not God, though thou set thine heart as the heart of God:

6 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thou hast set thine heart as the heart of God;

7 Behold, therefore I will bring strangers upon thee, the terrible of the nations: and they shall draw their swords against the beauty of thy wisdom, and they shall defile thy brightness.

9 Wilt thou yet say before him that slayeth thee, I am God? but thou shalt be a man, and no God, in the hand of him that slayeth thee.

Tyre disguises himself being God, and tries to take over God's position on earth. Sounds familiar? We find the same person in 2 Thessalonians 2:4.

Consider why God calls AC Tyre, we can find the answer in Ezekiel 27. In this chapter we find Tyre trafficking with all nations. After Gog/Magog, AC shall make Tyre as his commerce center after he revives Roman Empire by combining the two legs together. While Babylon shall be his religious headquarter, Tyre shall be the commerce / trading center of this newly revived Roman Empire. And God changes AC name to King of Tyre.

But my focus is Isaiah 23:15-17.

Isaiah 23:15 And it shall come to pass in that day, that Tyre shall be forgotten seventy years, according to the days of one king: after the end of seventy years shall Tyre sing as an harlot.

The key words are " that Tyre shall be forgotten seventy years". This has puzzled many bible students for many years because this event is not supported by any historical and biblical evidence. And Isaiah 23 is still waiting for it's fulfillment.

I believe God is speaking of Tyre's age here. Tyre shall be forgotten by God for seventy years speaks of the time he is born to the time he reaches 70 years old. During this period Tyre seems alright before God. But when Tyre reaches 70 years old, God foretold that he shall sing as a harlot.

"after the end of seventy years shall Tyre sing as an harlot."

Tyre shall undergo a dramatic change when he reaches 70 years old, The change has nothing to do with his appearance, but rather his religious belief. God uses virgin for a faithful person. God uses harlot to describe an unfaithful person.

Having said this, AC shall reach 70 years old by the time he steps into world scene. He shall also sing as an harlot with his heart turning against God and Jesus.

But God has this to say against Tyre.

Isaiah 23:16 Take an harp, go about the city, thou harlot that hast been forgotten; make sweet melody, sing many songs, that thou mayest be remembered.

17 And it shall come to pass after the end of seventy years, that the LORD will visit Tyre, and she shall turn to her hire, and shall commit fornication with all the kingdoms of the world upon the face of the earth. 18 And her merchandise and her hire shall be holiness to the LORD: it shall not be treasured nor laid up; for her merchandise shall be for them that dwell before the LORD, to eat sufficiently, and for durable clothing.

A note here. "after the end of seventy years shall Tyre sing as an harlot.".  "After the end of seventy years" may point to Tyre reaching 71 years old when he begins to sing as an harlot. For the fullness of seventy years come to pass, Tyre needs to reach his 71 birthday before it makes sense.

Tyre is also known as the birth place of Europa. Which is pictured in EU graphics as a lady riding on a beast on the 2 Euro coin and in front of the EU headquarters in Brussels.

I think this is some relevant information.  Tyre was very proud and the king of Tyre is mentioned as having a satanic spirit in Ezekiel 28.  But Tyre really was forgotten from the world scene and ceased to be an economic center for about 70 years.  It is only after Israel's return from Babylon that Tyre is mentioned as supplying cedar timbers from Lebanon to be used in the 2nd temple.

The whole story of Europa (Europe) and Zeus is interesting.  Zeus transformed himself into a Beast (a bull) so that he could seduce Europa into riding on his back.  Very much like what is depicted in Revelation for the time of the end.

David, the source you have attached, in which the author used 607 BC based bible chronology is wrong.

Ezekiel 26:1 And it came to pass in the eleventh year, in the first day of the month, that the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, 2 Son of man, because that Tyrus hath said against Jerusalem, Aha, she is broken that was the gates of the people: she is turned unto me: I shall be replenished, now she is laid waste: 3 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, O Tyrus, and will cause many nations to come up against thee, as the sea causeth his waves to come up. 4 And they shall destroy the walls of Tyrus, and break down her towers: I will also scrape her dust from her, and make her like the top of a rock.

In the eleventh year, which is in the eleventh year of king Jehoiachin's captivity which began in 597 BC ( see Ezekiel 1:2 ), shall put the eleventh year in 586 BC. God prophesied the calamity of Tyre because they were laughing at the demise of Judah.

7 For thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will bring upon Tyrus Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, a king of kings, from the north, with horses, and with chariots, and with horsemen, and companies, and much people.

God clearly stated that He would use Nebuchadrezzar to bring the calamity to Tyre. And many bible scholars and historians believe the siege on Tyre began three years later in 583 BC, and lasted 13 years to 570 BC.

And in 570 BC, God has this to say to Ezekiel.

Ezekiel 29:17 And it came to pass in the seven and twentieth year, in the first month, in the first day of the month, the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, 18 Son of man, Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon caused his army to serve a great service against Tyrus: every head was made bald, and every shoulder was peeled: yet had he no wages, nor his army, for Tyrus, for the service that he had served against it:

In the seven and twentieth year,( 27 years after Jehoiachin's captivity in 597 BC ) which placed it in 570 BC, the word of the LORD came to Ezekiel. Nebuchadrezzar has laid siege on Tyre for 13 years, yet he had no wages.

Based on scripture, it is clearly in line with historian 583 BC based bible chronology, instead of the 607 BC based chronology the author used from your source. And this should deny his claim that the 70 years in Isaiah 23:15-17 has been fulfilled.

Isaiah 23:17 And it shall come to pass after the end of seventy years, that the LORD will visit Tyre, and she shall turn to her hire, and shall commit fornication with all the kingdoms of the world upon the face of the earth.

When Tyre turns 70 years old, God prophesied that Tyre shall commit fornication with all the kingdoms on earth. Where else from scripture we can find this fornication with all the kingdoms of the earth?

Revelation 17:1 And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters: 2 With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.

When we link these two scriptures together, we also knew that Tyre and the great whore are one and the same person.
