I think it most certainly will backfire on them, I think that the next time America and the international community pressures Israel to divide God’s land this will be used as a point of pressure to tell them “your own government does not recognize these areas anymore so why not give them up?” Of course we all know the result will be that Israel will be left with indefensible borders and with Iran on the prowl this will not end well. Of course we know that He who watches Israel neither slumbers or sleeps and that eventually that the end game is that eventually in Gog-Magog God will deliver Israel and make Himself known to them in a way that is undeniable. But regarding Israel, why can’t they do this the easy way and just accept their Messiah sooner rather than later, why does it always have to be the hard way? We should always remember to pray for the peace of Jerusalem and that the Prince of Peace will bring His peace to that city and land soon. Yes I read Bibi and his Likuud party have possibly caused the present gov't to collapse BUT God..... It is amazing to watch Israel and know God's hand is working out every detail needed according to His will.
