may I have your opinions on these things?

1. I have not yet read the letter that HR sent me. I am sure it will include what the hospital says in regards to my believes about these shots not being true. I would  not be surprised if they did not back it up by documentation.

should I respond to the letter backing up my believes with documentation or let it be since who cares about facts? They just want to push the shot on people.

2.  some  people are suggesting sending a letter of conditional acceptance to the shot instead of a rejection. The letter includes many questions to the employer including:

can  you guarantee that these shots are not gene therapy?

can you show me data on short and long term safety studies ?

at the end it asks for someone to sign taking full responsibility legally and financially if you got the shot and got injured.

they are saying that employers can't provide the documents you are asking for and are not willing to sign and assume liability. They think this is a better approach than rejecting the shot.

My problem with this is that employers might still be able to come up with some documents (with false or misleading info in them)

they might also sign and then claim an injury was not because of the vaccine

your thoughts would be appreciated

thank you

Indeed, putting the onus on them and pointing out it has been ruled that employers can indeed be held liable!

PS: time for a new thread!
