How to Test the Spirits...

My eyes are just rolling in the back of my head from frustration. It has become INCREASINGLY difficult for me to discern what is truth, and the layers of truth and deceit just seem to be so deep and difficult to sift through. Here are some examples: The video posted regarding Dr. Ardis and "Watch the Water," to include Stew Peters himself, are being claimed by some as "controlled opposition" that are spreading truths amongst lies. At first I'm like, you have got to be kidding me... I have listened to Stew Peters for the past 1.5 years, and I have heard him speak against the enemy "in Jesus' name." But there are people out there posting/supporting claims he is a freemason, doing various freemason symbols. Videos are showing gematria that support satanic numbering regarding Dr. Ardis' name, freemason, watch the water, and on and on and on... I mean, I can state so many things that I see, or hear that make me question what is this person's intention that is: 1) posting the video and making the claims about a person? 2) That is spoken about? Also, for both the one making the dispute and the other sharing "truth or deceit," who is their God, Lord and Savior, where is this person's heart at? This goes not just for the person, like Stew, Dr. Ardis, a youtuber, Trump, Politicians, friends, family, or even myself. In war, truth is one of the first things to fall, so we need to discern and put on the full armor of God. The enemy will infiltrate the church... 2 Corinthians 11:12-15- " And what I am doing I will continue to do, in order to undermine the claim of those who would like to claim that in their boasted mission they work on the same terms as we do. 13 For such men are false apostles, deceitful workmen, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ. 14 And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. 15 So it is no surprise if his servants, also, disguise themselves as servants of righteousness. Their end will correspond to their deeds." So what does the bible tell us to do, when it comes to discerning? 1 John 4 (ESV): "Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world. 2 By this you know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, 3 and every spirit that does not confess Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you heard was coming and know is in the world already." I hope what I am saying makes sense, and I am sure that if I feel this way, that I am not alone. I really posted this because I need some wisdom to see through the lies and intentions of one's heart. So hoping to hear back :-)
