📢 Forum Update - Hello everyone! I've made an improvement to the forum that should make following active discussions much easier. Beginning today, forum topics will display the most recent replies first (while keeping the original topic post at the top), so you no longer have to navigate through multiple pages to find the latest conversation. This change also helps improve the browsing experience in long-running discussions with many pages of replies. If you notice anything that doesn't seem to be working correctly or have any feedback, please let me know. — Richard G. I think it is an interesting topic to discuss, but ultimately there is no way of knowing how many Christians will go. My position is this, even if a church does not preach or teach pre-trib, and even if the individual congregant has never been taught about it or doesn’t believe it - if they are truly born again and spirit filled they will go because it’s all about grace and the removal of the Restrainer- not qualified by whether you actually have been taught or believe the particular doctrine of the rapture or not. For some it will be a great unexpected pleasant surprise I think. Are there born again spirit filled believers in the RCC and other “dead” denominations - probably not in the majority but I would not say there are none either - so it will be very interesting indeed to see who shows up to the party. If you never darken this doorstep again, you'll never see this. But let me ask just in case: "What took you so long?" To deny a pre-Trib rapture is the same of accusing Jesus of being a wife beater. Now that's screwed up. I take it you're being serious! And that note; GOODBYE! The prosperity doctrine has really done a number in hindering the Bride of Christ to focus on His coming prior to the tribulation (as Jan says “the tribulation is for the judgement of the Jewish nation”); we are to be about our Father’s business in winning souls to add to the body of Christ as the Spirit leads but we are to be looking for His imminent return according to the signs and seasons. As a pastor, my husband finds more and more of his colleagues turning away from what is contained in 3/4 of the scripture - the rapture of the church — very sad to see and it shows another way that satan has crept into the church to destroy the work of reaching souls. 🙁 Why does the First commandment come to mind!?
