I am curious about the wording of this agreement between UAE and Israel. I wonder if it's an explicit treaty between the two or if it's a framework agreement that would allow for anyone to sign and work out their own details. The wording of the "Abraham Accord" intrigues me. I can't find text of it anywhere (not saying it's not available, just that I don't know where to find it). But I'm willing to bet it's more than just specifying that flights can happen between the two nations. If it's a "framework agreement", it would be something that anyone can sign on to. If it's an explicit agreement between Israel and UAE, then it's something that only those signatories would be able to sign.
