Thank you for the warning about Apeel. Yes, what if you peel the produce? Does that get rid of Apeel? Good question still have to do some more digging on it. I would think the toxic chemicals seep into the fruit? They are even putting the chemicals on lemons … and here after squeezing the lemon juice into my water sometimes I would let the lemon slice float in my water glass . So I’m not going to be doing that. Plus when making homemade Italian Ice … the secret is to grate the lemon peels and add to the mixture but that’s now a no no if its covered in Apeel. :wacko: If its the other wax substance on your apples and veggies that isn’t Apeel … I just read by soaking in Baking Soda and water it will remove the wax off.
