Yohanan, I had a small 20 gallon tank that I did an experiment with for aquaponics — it worked fairly well. It was a small 12 slot plant holder, but the veggies did well, until my fish died after a tank cleaning — most bizarre thing I have ever seen  I have seen the larger systems that are mostly kept outdoors. I think they would be fine but I am more interested in an indoor system that would have to be smaller. Pet Smart carries the 100 gallon tank but I think it is a bit pricey. May have to consider backing down to a 75 gallon tank — have to do the research on what that will support for hydroponics. I have the space for either in the sun room (its a four-season room). Geri, my heart goes out to those left behind and what ALL they will have to endure …. Much better to get saved now and rapture up over the thought rumors I have heard of folks bunking down to “wait it out” (I suppose they are referencing the 7-year…. I cannot even imagine the nastiness of that taste … does anyone remember an old movie called Soylent Green? Per google — Soylent Green is a 1973 American ecological dystopian thriller film. Soylent Green is introduced as being made of plankton, but as the film unfolds, the main character discovers that it's manufactured from dead bodies. Ick.......! Does anyone think it would be wise to buy while you can, protein powders, dried and or freeze dried foods to have on hand if they try to rush this before the rapture? I have peace, but I also think there is wisdom too to consider. I agree. We do not know how much we will witness before being taken out of here. Most of us never thought we'd still be here today yet here we are. So it is wise to prepare for the worst and if nothing awful happens then we have put food away for those left behind. If they become Christians during the Trib they will thank us for it later. WHAT?!?!?! A dystopian movie with a weird plot and twisted ending? Hmmm, I know what I'm watching tonight! :mdrmdr: :mdrmdr: :mdrmdr: I just watched the trailer and the movie is set in 2022.
