I always look forward to Lisa Taylor's posts.  She has a high watch on Jan. 17/18!

I  enjoyed the article on the nephilim in Ohio article. Pretty interesting stuff. Smile

I concur, Blue. Lisa Taylor's article on Tu B'Shevat (The New Year for Trees) was very interesting. It's definitely a high watch date candidate.

She referenced the almond blossoms in Israel. I remember seeing almond trees in bloom when I was in Nazareth. This was in the first week of March, mind you but very beautiful, in any case. Kind of like the cherry blossoms here in Vancouver. :good:

I am currently reading a book called Reforesting Faith which looks at all the tree references in the Bible. It's quite fascinating. ^^

Interesting twist on the supreme court ruling in Kurt S posting.     Nike and Columbia Sportswear (both headquartered in the state I live in) just announced this past week that everyone who has not been vaccinated will be terminated ( https://www.koin.com/news/health/coronavirus/columbia-sportswear-nike-to-fire-unvaxxed-employees-terminate-exemption-covid/)

Supreme Court upholds Biden Vax Mandate

You thought the headlines were all blaring out that the Supreme Court just struck down the Biden OSHA vax mandate. That is a lie.  What the Supreme Court just ruled is that anyone who receives federal funding can be mandated to  do whatever the federal government demands.  It will come down to an individual level and anyone receiving social security, Medicare or Medicaid are receiving federal funds and will be required to vax up.  If your company provides you with health insurance you are receiving federal aid because that health care.  Insurance is not taxable to you and your employer is getting a tax deduction.  Kurt S.

Already threw away anything I had from Nike. Not sure if I have anything from Columbia Sportswear but I’ll never have anything from either again.

I couldn't find the article. I followed the link, but it looks like that particular article may have been removed.
