Military transport planes fly a direct path over my house. When they are active I see and hear them fly by. The only thing in the skies lately (past few months) has been a helicopter cutting back trees along the power company's easement. Yohanan, I am with you on this one .... I live by one of the two largest Naval bases that houses up to 5 carriers at a time and we currently have three in port, docked (not movin, home for the holidays) ... I also am within 30 min of the largest Navy air wing on the East coast and all is quiet except for normal runs. There is Langley AFB just over the water, Fort Eustis which houses the Chinook wing for the Army up the road, Coast Guard around the corner, oh and the “confidential” strategic war planning base, literally a short walk from my home .... did I mention I live in a highly populated military area :mdrmdr: :mdrmdr: Anyway, we have had some increased activity but nothing like what is being declared. Granted most of these facilities can activate in less than 24 hrs if needed .... can’t speak for the west coast but the Mid East coast region is prepping for holiday time. Being only 3.5 hrs from DC and all is like a huge “quiet” before the storm. Time will certainly tell all. :unsure: :prayer-hands: Any invasion force would have to be massive!
