China is ripe for a revolution. In Chinese thought, natural disasters indicate that the ruler has lost the mandate of heaven and therefore, their legitimacy. There is of course the thought that the flooding is not natural and as a result of geoengineering but to the populace, they wouldn't know the difference. They will just see it as a lack of divine favour. Similarly, the Chinese made vaxxxes being a dud could be a further reason to enrage the populace.
