Don't forget the coffee! Coffee and fruitcake are excellent together. :yes: About the contaminants in foodstuffs, it is virtually impossible to get every bit of that stuff out. Even if you pick mushrooms yourself, they have tiny things--insects, pollen, etc. in them. Real food can never be antiseptic. Even if you grind your own oats, rice, or whatever, the flour will not be totally pure. Farmers know this. They do their best to keep food clean, but perfection is just not possible.
