Very true Arthur, you are correct.  Every day gets that head start at sunset of the previous day!

Doesn't take anything away from what you said, of course. Smile
Happy Resurrection Day! He is risen!

These are high watch days. ^^

Shavuot/Pentecost is next on my list after Ascension Day. I suppose, Second Passover is a possibility, too.

I am not looking that far ahead.  What about Nisan 17?  Was the resurrection the beginning of the day Nisan 17? Is that just after sundown tomorrow in Israel?

It would have been right after the Sabbath was over. Right after sundown on Saturday.

BTW, I like your enthusiasm and sticktoitiveness. Yes, your scenario is a definite possibility. ?

Oh, I am not giving up on Nisan 10 either.  We have to get through Nisan 10 on all the calendars and then there are already people saying the calendars are a month off.  It's not over!

Nisan 10 on Creator's Calendar is April 26.

Thanks. Will look into it. I don't know anything about this particular calendar.

Seems to me that if God is using a different calendar than we are then He doesn't want us to know. If we are to know then it should be with the calendar we are currently using. Otherwise, it is secret knowledge. Nothing in the Bible was written for the select few (as the Roman Catholic church believes)  but for the entire body of Christ.

Certainly we need to be cautious. Things written for the select few is exactly what Gnosticism is all about. For gnostics, gaining that secret knowledge is essential to their "salvation."

I definitely can say, however, that the Rabbinic Judiasm calendar is completely wrong. It is not the year 5782. It is somewhere in the 59XX range and IMHO, the 599X range.

We may never puzzle it out on this side of eternity and I am fine with that. Still, I find it interesting to try. :mail:

Proverbs 25:2

New King James Version

2 It is the glory of God to conceal a matter,

But the glory of kings is to search out a matter.

I think that if man ever had a written calendar that was correct with God's calendar, the devil has done everything he could to inspire evil men to change it. I've read that the high priests trembled to make an offering in the Holy of Holies on the Day of Atonement because they got the date wrong so many times and priests were dropping dead.
