Maybe trying to blot out the Son, but no one could really do that! Crops need sun to grow. Can you say famine and food shortages? Ugh! I expect a cool, rainy summer. The sun's activity is at a minimum. It encourages cloud formation. Of course, there are regional variations but overall, I think it'll be cooler with the minimal sunspot activity. The Simpsons had an episode where Mr. Burns tried to block out the sun. Perhaps a bit of predictive programming there. Anyway, this wickedness will lead to famine mass starvation.
