The force that Ezekiel 38 speaks about is armed and well prepared. they are bold enough to think America isn't going to stop them or retaliate (at least not retaliate in a way that would overthrow the countries involved in the attack. I can't imagine that US intelligence, technology wouldn't know about the gathering of the equipment and troops. Something is going to happen to change America being a guard or a watch to warn Israel.
