I imagine most of you have seen or at least heard about the horrific murder by the police of that man in Minneapolis on Memorial Day. (Frankly, I have a hard time trusting anything that the main stream media harps on, but I am going to assume, for the sake of this post, that the video I saw is real and that this man was murdered by the police.) Subsequently, rioters in Minneapolis have gone on a destructive rampage, burning and looting stores, somehow justifying their own lawlessness because of the injustice against the man that was murdered. Here is the one thing I know for sure. Every single soul that has ever walked the face of the earth will be held accountable for every lawless act we have ever committed, unless we have repented to place our trust in Jesus Christ and His finished work on the cross as payment for our sins. Unless we have been washed in the precious sin-atoning blood of the world's one and only Savior, ain't nobody getting away with anything in the end. Lawless, murderous police officers. Lawless, thieving protesters. You and me. We are all on our way to a guilty verdict and an eternal sentence to hell before a Holy and righteous Judge unless we receive a pardon by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone. Again, we can rest assured, ain't nobody getting away with anything, except those who are covered by the blood through faith in Christ's substitutionary, sacrificial atoning death. More and more, I find in myself and in the comments posted by other believers in various places, a desperation in our cries to God the Father to send Jesus to catch away His Bride. We need you, Lord Jesus, now more than ever. Please do not ignore the cries of our heart. Maranatha!!! Its heartbreaking that an innocent man was mistreated and murdered at the hands of a few corrupt cops. What’s happening in Minnesota with the looting and destroying various businesses seems to be a repeat of what took place in Ferguson, MO back in 2014-2015. Geoffrey Grider at NowTheEndBegins is doing an investigation. Right now he has this to say ... “Now, I am not saying that George Soros and his Open Society Foundation are behind the riots underway right now, only because at this exact moment and on this exact day I lack the proof to make that type of claim. But I am quite confident that as further revelations roll in, we will have the proof we need to make that statement. Why? Because we have shown you over the years that George Soros has financed much civil and racial unrest in America, like he did in Ferguson to the tune of over $33 million dollars.” - Fair Use - Likely those police officers were freemasons. They protect their own. I highly doubt there will be actual justice on this earth which will in turn fuel these riots. Exactly what they want. However, as you said, it's the blood of Jesus that washes away our sins. The freemasons aprons will do diddly squat. There will be ultimate Justice and the Creator of the universe cannot be bought off. Heavenly Father, I pray for the family of the man murdered and I pray for peace and calm.
