You are in Spokane, TR? My paternal grandfather was born in Spangle, Washington which is just outside of Spokane or perhaps a suburb now. Makes me 1/4 American, I suppose. 😉

Awesome Arthur!

Again, being born on Montreal and having at least 10 generations from Canada and tracing back to France!

Guess I’m a Canuck genetically, but a citizen of Heaven in my heart!

I've got lots of Canadian and American ancestors. In Canada, most of them immigrated to Ontario. In the US, quite a few are from the Carolinas. (Alexanders) My paternal great grandmother (Danish) and paternal great grandfather (Manx) met each other and got married in Tomahawk, Wisconsin, of all places. 😉

Most importantly, however, as you said, our citizenship is in heaven. (Where we'll have a honeymoon before settling back down here after the squatters are evicted. :yahoo: )

Philippians 3:20

New King James Version

20 For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ,

I forgot to mention Louisiana is my temp home and it is a beautiful,  blue skies and sunny but chilly day. My lemon tree is in full bloom  and the tulip magnolia trees are beginning to bloom so take it from me, Spring is on the way. I am in the process of germinating lots of seeds inside. When they sprout, I have a table and a grow light until they are big enough to plant outside.
