I think a better idea about the airline shutdown would be that they expect the rapture to be in June or July and they don't want planes falling out of the sky. Hopefully they will have a May surprise. -fair use- (Jack Hibbs posted this, but it's Jan Markell and David Reagan) i've only watched (actually mostly just listened cuz it's radio but w/ pics and a few video clips) about half so far, but i really loved that he talked about Jesus' coming as a thief in the night is not for us because we are not asleep (from 1 Thess. 5) and can know the season of His coming...i had just read Rev. ch.3 the message to the church in Sardis this morning where Jesus tells them they are dead and need to wake up or else He will come like a thief...they did "deeds" and had a "name that" they were alive but were just looking good on the outside while most likely their inner motivations were of self/pride and they were spiritually dead- separated from God- not indwelt by Holy Spirit because they did not place their faith in Christ Jesus and instead relied on their own worldly reputations and appearance while relying on self-righteousness which to the Father is just filthy rags... I was needing a little pre-tribulation encouragement with how bad things seems to be spiraling into evil and chaos and oppression of all that is good and all who are of the Light if you think about these verses you see how we can know the season and do see what is described in 1 Thess. ch 4 being on the brink of happening and really can see how different an event He describes as being like a thief is very different than descriptions of His coming to Earth being like seeing lightening across the sky that all will see, etc. it's hard not to get scared...and to help others not to be discouraged when it starts looking like we are heading into such awful times...i pray our snatching away is about to occur...i know God gets the glory the most when He gets to do what He does so well and has the opportunity to rescue us who put our hope fully in Him...that opportunity requires imminent danger we are in need of being saved from...feels like we can hear the chariots of Pharaoh approaching while we gaze upon the Red Sea...Exodus 14:13 there is some encouraging talk of the miracle of Israel in the video too Great anaylogy with the chariots! So true. When many are asking where is our redemption, and some saying God won't save us! TR
