I don’t know where to post this, but here goes. Our assistant pastor died from complications due to Covid. We have a new assistant pastor and he performs magic tricks for the little kids in the front row before our main pastor gives his sermon. He makes them think he can read their minds, and he performs other magic. Every Sunday. I called my friend and deacon and told him I won’t be back. What’s the world coming to?! I give up on going to Church. Indeed, let’s buckle up. That's terrible. Making the house of God into a den of thieves and parlor magicians. :negative: So many churches value entertainment above edification. And Geri and Tammie, we need you.
