Perhaps he was let go not on his own but because he has a history of harassing women? Is he contacting you in person, on the phone or in emails? It he keeps bothering you, do you think you should notify Human Resources or are you not comfortable dealing with the workers in that dept because they were pushing the vaxx? Geri, he left work when I was on unpaid leave. He said he wanted a leave of absence and it was not approved so he left. He was working part-time for a while and now found another full - time job. He was always helpful at work and very professional. I texted a colleague who is working at another organization and told her some of the things that happened and she thought it was "weird" & "Bizarre" of him to behave like he did. She said he always behaved properly and professionally. I am surprised too. I don't know what got into him in our last phone conversation. It was as though he wasn't himself of finally revealed his true colors..... don't know as if he wasn't himself or finally revealed his true colors.... I forgot to mention that my colleague's new job is at a women's shelter!?!? He is a social worker and his job is to help them find housing. I would not have hired a male for any job at a female shelter. My colleague told me in the last phone conversation that he hates his job and is looking for something else. I just sent him an email telling him not to get in touch and blocked him. thank you
