I believe Polio was declining rapidly already by the time the vaxxxes were introduced, IIRC. Perhaps there was something in the environment that was causing it? I do think that clean drinking water, more than anything, has really improved the general health of the populace in general. Much more than vaxxxines, IMHO. Anyway, just glad God is in control.
