I put one drop on my forehead, very close to the hairline and on the back of my neck. It feels so good. Your mind feels clear. It helps with headaches. Careful if you are not used to it, usually it is better to test an oil in the palm of the hands and bottom of feet. I also keep doing the same mistake: I still have oil on my fingers and I end up touching my face very close to my eyes and it burns and stings.
