Any ideas about what the Lord will accomplish next?  What will He reveal?  What is He speaking to your hearts?!  What do you think Heaven is waiting for and anticipating?

Will God's junkyard dog (Satan) be given a longer leash and a greater measure of latitude?  Will the Bride of Christ's presence still continue to constrain him?  :feedback

Addressing the last point first, I don't think the Restrainer is the Church per se, but rather the Holy Spirit is restraining evil in the world from being unleashed until we are taken out of the way.  For the moment, we are being kept here to witness to the world about the grace of God.

I think we will see a separation of genuine believers and the pretenders before we are taken up, if it hasn't already been going on, which I think it has and will become more evident.  Those who truly love Christ will love Him more, as they are forced to depend upon Him for more, while the insincere Christians in Name Only will grow more worldly and farther from God.  It would seem that is where things are going now, anyway.  Essentially, we should see more refining of the saints until the end arrives.

Point well taken.  I agree with your overall assessment.  Indeed the refining fires of the Lord will continue.  And with increased pressures from a God hating world there will indeed be a greater separation.  God and the world will know who are His sheep and who are Satan's goats!

It also seems that God will continue to reveal the sins of men, for all to see!

TR,

I feel like God is giving mankind yet one last chance to repent. We hear a lot from Amir and JD on how folks (Muslims and others) are coming to Christ in mass. While others (churches proclaim anti-Semitic statements) fall into the delusion. We see yet others proclaim to be Christ, as the man in the Philippines. Now building the new Jerusalem.

We are seeing this verse come alive:
Matt. 24:12 “And because lawlessness will be increased, the love of many will grow cold.”

I think it is a slight calm, before the mega storm, just my two cents:

I Cor 13:12 “For now we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I have been fully known.”

Praying daily and frequently “come Lord Jesus” call me chicken but I’m done with this toil and trouble, longing to see my Savior Face to Face. :prayer-hands:

You can't be His sheep and a chicken as well!

Indeed, the Lord is so busy advocating for us before the Father!  I truly have no word of knowledge regarding the coming days, but can only agree with His Word has already told us!

Indeed the love of many will grow cold!  This is why we ever need to remain within His heart, and He in ours!  Continue to be strong and of good courage for He shall never leave us or forsake us!  To Him be all the glory!

Just having fun with ya Sis!

I agree, I'd rather have the Rapture than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick.  But as what extent and degree that we will suffer persecution or trials, is up to the Lord.  My prayer is that the Lord finds me worthy of His love, always!

Let me be clear:  I'm not special in any way.  I have things that I struggle with daily and have no righteousness of my own.  That said, the Lord is still saving me from myself!

My ongoing hope is that I can be pleasing in His sight, even when I am not always pleased with myself.
