Tammie, Cholula isn’t really very hot. In fact, you could practically drink it. What I like about it is that it is very flavorful. Cajun food, which I love, love, love, is hotter than Chiluba. Now go buy yourself a bottle (it has the wooden top) and treat yourself to something lovely! ??
