ok - so I’m sitting here, having missed church do to a brewing something, I’m winning the battle thanks to holistic living. Anyway, I wanted to take a few thoughts, mostly to make sure I’m not neglecting anything. The Lord impressed on me a few years ago, 2010, to start getting things ready for when we (believers) are gone (Harpazo) as a witness and help for those left behind. I will state, I am not a prepper, only because I don’t believe I will be here. Anyway, I started buying (I’m not wealthy either), Bibles, tracks, writing a testimonial of where all the people went. Then I started putting together items, first aide, food stuff (none perishable), all kinds of things into buckets with tracks and New testaments. I have Christian videos, books, music (like most believers). Most of my family thought I was nuts, until everything went wack-a-doodle. I have a “bug out bag” in my car. Tracks in my office with a letter. My camper needs a Bible, track, and letter (gotta get that together). Thoughts on what else we can do as a community of watchers to make ready to continue our witness for Christ once we have joined our Bridegroom? To be clear - This is not to say, we should not be busy now about our Fathers business! :feedback Indeed all well and good Tammie. I've never been much of an evangelist, I can't see myself starting after I leave. Seems to me that the Rapture and the Tribulation period were established by God to get peoples attention and to convict them of their poor choices! Short of any list to achieve salvation or to carefully pray the sinners prayer, which doesn't save anyone. If people ignored all of these helps when times were good how fruitful will they be then??? Medical supplies, food stuffs and whatever else is stored away IMHO will be of little help. As just like preppers, cache's and hoarding will not help save anyone. Rather just simply show how inadequate these things are in and of themselves! Seems to me that God somewhere in His Word has promised as much! As callous and harsh as this might seem, it think more in line with God's plans. For when people are left behind, struggling and dodging the judgments of God, it would seem that God's agenda is not to save flesh but spirit. And that will be done by committing oneself solely to Him. It also seems to me that such measures also demeans what martyr's and peoples who were tortured suffered for the kingdom and lessens the nature of their heavenly rewards. Perhaps I am totally out of step in this matter, and if I am may the Lord and you forgive me. But either with or without such help and aids, men will have either left room in their hearts for God, or NOT! TR  After we are gone, people will break into our homes, very frightened, confused people. Why not keep our home well stocked with food, medical supplies, etc., for this very reason? Leave Bibles where they will easily found and letters/signs posted, perhaps inside cupboard doors, inside drawers, closets, and so on, telling the reader why we are missing and explaining that they can still receive salvation. People will be hearing lies and deceptions about the rapture. This gives us a chance to speak the truth and guide them to God’s word. If these supplies keep people alive long enough to be saved, and even better yet, long enough to witness to others, think of the souls that can be won for God’s kingdom. We can do something of influence and plant seeds even after we have been raptured away. Look at believers in China who are persecuted and must go underground and hide their faith. They memorize the Bible....entire books of the Bible! How much more will new believers need any assistance and resources possible after the rapture? Joan Joan, my thought exactly! TR - not to disagree with you dear brother, but I have to disagree  There will be great devastation, yes! There are those who will harden their heart. Buttttt, there are those who will be saved during the tribulation, God’s Word is the truth, they will need to hear the truth to be saved. If we are gone, yes I agree, God can provide other ways (the two witnesses & the 144 thousand Jewish men), but His Word can remain and speak truth. I am not an evangelist either, yet I am when led by the spirit to speak his truth (yes, I have been a missionary for 12 years). Also, Joan is right, people will be scarred and desperate and they will try to survive, my home will be broken into, I have no doubt on this, so I will Hoffler them help at many levels. I just was looking for more ideas—- to offer hope! :prayer-hands: About 6 years ago I felt led to start making up little survival packs in 1 gallon zip bags. There is elastics, paper clips, first aid, soaps, food, pen and pencil and paper. I have about 20 made up but not sure what to do with them. Indeed many people are so led! I'm just saying that I am not. No judgment on my part! And if the Lord honors your efforts in this regard, blessings to you all. Between the judgments of God and the preaching of the 144,000 and the two end prophets with world wide exposure, whatever gospel messages I may leave behind will seem to me to as quite insignificant. But again, that's just me! I just not seeing an overwhelming rush to bible book stores. I still love you all! TR One common item (to us) anyone will find in our homes when they are broken into are our Bibles, and no doubt many have more than one. I like the idea of leaving tracks behind, though I have never stocked any. If someone were to walk up to my book shelf they would find more than enough Christian literature to get them by and the events that had happened prior to my home being invaded will be enough of an attention getter to, well, get their attention. 😉 though I would like to put something in the front of the Bibles to spell out what has happened should someone take the time to read it. Lee, great idea! Did you also put a track or Bible in the bags? You might consider placing them in among food items (people will be looking for this) and possibly in your car (s). Maybe among Bibles or books on shelves, or Christian movies, music, just some thoughts. I like the idea of bags, makes for quick grab and go for folks on the run, and there will be a lot, my opinion. I might add a fire starter to mine. I did find that if you have a “seal-a-meal” machine, you can make mini pouches of rice, and put packs of oatmeal that last longer. After watching the Rapture 2019 video and research to validate the verses, I feel a quickening in my spirit. My daughter and I looked up some more stuff in Ezra and in the second year, the second month, after the sacrifice, they laid the foundation of the second temple. That’s October/ November for us. The question remains, will we see the start of the third temple? Thoughts! :feedback :prayer-hands:  :yahoo: There is much heated debate on where the 3rd temple will be built - on the Temple Mount or in the City of David. I’ve heard the construction can be done fairly quickly and I’m leaning towards its on the Temple Mount and we won’t be here to see the beginning of the construction because of these statements Randall Price and Jimmy DeYoung believe the “Al-Aqsa Mosque” needs to be removed ... so I think that means war must occur - perhaps a missile strikes it to take it out and then the AC will confirm and give the nod for the rebuilding. And then there is Hal Lindsey’s view he believes there is enough room for the 3rd Temple to be built without having the Al-Aqsa Mosque be removed. According to Jewish Voice website “Location of the Temple” Israel My Glory “There is one major obstacle to building the third Temple: the gold-domed Muslim Dome of the Rock, which occupies the Temple Mount. This is not a mosque, but it is an Islamic building. Some people suggest a Jewish Temple could exist alongside it, both sharing the Temple Mount. But I’ve spoken to many leaders in the movement to rebuild who believe the Dome of the Rock must be removed. When I ask them how they plan to make that happen, they say they don’t. They plan to leave that detail to the Messiah, but they plan to be ready to start construction when He clears the way.” Then there is Hal Lindsey ... in one of his old books “The Rapture” published in 1983. He said “It has recently been discovered that the Holy of Holies lies approx. 100 meters North of the Dome of the Rock. This means the 3rd Temple could be built without disturbing the 3rd holiest muslim shrine.” -Fair Use- Geri, Many things will happen to allow the third temple to be built. God will do as He has said, remember the tribulation is for God to deal with Israel. Israel will recognize the AC as messiah (false messiah) as they are deceived. He will commit the abomination of desolation 3.5 yrs into the trib and then Israel will recognize him as false and they must flee to Petra. Not all will make it, many will be killed. What is totally exciting for us as watchers is to see all the things in order for the temple per the temple institute. I was actually given a Cyrus/Trump coin as a gift, truly amazing. The red heifer farm is fully functional. It is all ready, just as God said it would be. Abraham was 75 when he “left his land” —- one of the levels of God’s Word.... 2023 is 5 years from the 70th year, 2018. That’s 3.5 yrs backward to middle of 2019. Just saying! Outta here! :prayer-hands: :prayer-hands: :yahoo:
Dr. Randall Price
Answering the charge of denial a Jewish Temple ever existed on the site, archaeologists discovered in decades-old research that the site of the Al-Aqsa mosque, which Muslims believe was built by Abraham, was once a place for Jewish ritual preparation for entering the Temple. The evidence for this came from a report filed by British archaeologist Robert Hamilton who had documented excavations of the mosque’s foundations after it was destroyed in an earthquake in 1927. He discovered beneath the floor of the mosque the remains of a Jewish miqveh (ritual pool used for purification). It dated to the time of the Second Temple when Jews immersed at this site before entering the Temple precincts. These findings, hidden deep in the British Mandatory archives department because they embarrassed Muslim officials, now provide evidence that the ancient Temple stood on the modern Temple Mount and was a place of Jewish presence.
