Given the high likely-hood of His soon return on whatever day that might be, it seems to me that I need to draw ever closer into His heart. Devote myself to more prayer closet times! Truly we continue to "occupy", watch and wait, and share the gospel in season as well as out. Continue to be about the Father's business and minister whenever and wherever we can. Keeping His commandments. That said, it seems to me that we all need to make continued effort to draw ever nearer to Him! For if we do this chiefly, all else will fall into place. Let us begin our Chuppah experience here and now. Let praise and worship be our two witnesses of testimony of our love for Him. This is not a matter of advice, but rather I believe a timely word in due season! Take this to the Lord in prayer and listen for what He speaks! Asking for your prayers that I might fulfill this very council for myself. May the Lord grant and empower each of us those divine appointments with Him! May that communion be Heaven's own sweetness! Truly, only in those moments will the things of Earth grow strangely dim as He ever pulls back the veil of His countenance and love for us! In these final days of the Age of Grace those of us who belong to Him can feel in our spirits the strong presence of the enemy all around us as he goes about in his final hours, knowing his time is short. We feel the evil at every turn. We cannot read a single news article or listen to a news broadcast without feeling the heavy presence of our enemy. If we are not tucked into our Lord tightly we will surely feel even more oppression and direct attacks, or a different tactic for those who are not paying attention, and that is the slow swaying of your thinking. To me, it is no wonder so many Christians are taking a compromising stance, or lack of stance, on critical issues. They have allowed themselves to drift from the influence of the Holy Spirit by not spending any time with Him. Putting on the full armor of God is absolutely critical these days. That proverbial line in the sand grows wider every day, allowing none to sit on the fence any longer and if we aren’t being influenced by our Lord then we will surely fall to the enemy. There is no longer any time left to be lazy about our relationship with Jesus. Indeed! We will either willingly worship our true Creator God and Saviour, or worship the AC and be beguiled with his inticements! TR Lord of Heaven, have mercy on us all. Truly we live in darkness of days. My prayer is that though we are weak, that You would be our strength. You would empower us to finish our race in a manner worthy of Heaven. Let the expressions of the love which falls from our lips be also demonstrated in our lives, till the very end. This is all possible because You have chosen, gathered and numbered Your Bride. For You yourself have sealed us with your Holy Spirit! As we count down the days of our redemption and your glorious appearance, help us to frustrate the goals of Your enemy and ours, as we unite together making all in Hell jealous of our existence. All to the glory of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit! May the Father indeed be proud of each of us, and find us pleasing in His sight! TR Oh to be gentle as a dove, but wise as a serpent! Let us remain aware of the difficult times ahead. But let Him be our refuge and hiding place! Until we are hidden away in the Heavenlies!
