It's truly remarkable in its method of synchronizing lunar, solar, and moedim timing over long long periods. All I am saying is that the new moon phase for Nisan 1, (which this year is a.k.a. Creators calendar puts Nisan 17 on May 3. If you really want to confuse things, I ran across this guy that agrees with the full moon being the first day of the month.
