We know that from this point on, most of your dealings will be with Israel and with a deceived and rebellious world. We know our time here for the Church and Bride of Christ is short lived. Therefore we ask that You tarry no longer Lord. For whatever day that You have reserved for the receiving of Your Bride! May it come quickly, that Christ will receive the reward of His Bride. And the Bride receive her reward which is Christ! Just as you are willing Lord to shorten the days of Tribulation to save man, I pray that You would be just as willing to shorten the days that the Bride is separated from You! And if this is not possible, I pray if it be possible that You speak a word to the Bride letting her know the day of her departure! So that we could emotionally and spiritually prepare our hearts before You Lord! But again Lord, we are ready for the redemption of our body, soul and spirit! So then whatever formula you have devised to determine that day, I pray that the longing hearts of Your Bride might hold some sway and move Your heart to send us Christ, even sooner! Father we have not only received Your Son and His Word, but have pledged our lovesick hearts! As we approach the season's of Spring and of matrimony we pray that You tarry no longer Lord! Again in all things be glorified! But asking that You glory Lord in Your Bride! For this is the cry of our heart! TR It is truly amazing to me to see how many are now unequivocally saying that we now stand at the very doors of glory! In the last few years bible teachers, expositors and even pastors have been preaching that we are the final generation of the Rapture. More than this, even here on this forum we are in general agreement and consensus that our time here upon this Earth is shorter than any could imagine. How exciting! So for me this seems to be what the Spirit seems to be speaking to the Church! Perhaps only minutes, days or weeks until we hear our call home. Only the Lord truly knows! So I hasten to offer the prayer of this thread and share it all with you. Again it has been not only my honor, but my joy to fellowship in truth and love with each of you all! TR Beautiful prayer and intercession, T.R., so expressive of our longings to fly away ~ I was talking to my girl friend earlier today (barely a Christian), saying to her, how much believers are more sensitive this last week in particular with greater desire to be raptured. Her reply: " but you want to stay here, too, don't you?" I answered: I sense believers are being stirred deeply, and even more lately to be with our LORD GOD" ~ ~ This truly is a season of expressing how late it feels to us as the watching Bride . . . The Spirit of our Lord IS revealing to us that our Father is making us ready more than ever in KNOWING JESUS is ready ~ yes ~ ~ we are in the midst of global spiritual battle . . surely our LORD is ramping up the signs simultaneously . . He is also stirring a wide eyed anticipation with prayer among the Bride ~ ~ our Heavenly Groom is showing us our trip to the Wedding altar is seriously near . .~ ~ I think this is so, most importantly as our Father feels Christ's longings for His Bride ~ ~ expressing to His Bride how ready HE is, . . we adore YOU, JESUS and feel the nearness of your rapture call ~~ :amen: This forum has been both a blessing and safe haven this past year. My only interest in staying here is to persuade others to join me on the journey to be with Jesus." I trust that the Lord will deal with me as He chooses. If He comes for me today, so be it! If He makes me wait, so be it. As the Apostle Paul said, Phil 1:21 "To live is Christ, to die is gain". We are to be content in all things He gives us, including life, and to make the most of the time He gives us. May we all continue to grow in Him, as our love for one another also grows. Even though we are the work of His hands and heart, He alone is sovereign God! At this point in time, it seems to me that all we can do is watch not only for His return, but to watch our sovereign God accomplish and fulfill His works! TR Our trust is in You Oh Lord! Our very breath we enjoy and the life You so graciously supplied we place into Your capable hands. Our eternal future is also subject to Your sovereign will! Our hopes and dreams as well as the surety of Your promises we place upon Your altar of incense. We are ready Lord to consummate the fullness of all of these and Your bridal promise towards each of us! Let everything above the Earth, in the Earth and below, hear that we are ready and waiting! As no Bride is kept in waiting forever. We bless and praise Your holy name for all that we know, seen and been given. But how much more pregnant will our praises be when the veil of our understanding has been torn asunder. Only then to see in the fullest measure all that You are and all that You have done for us! Bless Your holy name! We are ready Lord to hear again from You, it is finished! And the Spirit and the Bride will also say, it is finished! TR
