This might have just escalated matters … And Russia is now in a State of Emergency as it is rationing 15 liters (3.9 Gal.) of gas to its citizens. - Fair Use - Geri, as you said, "This might have just escalated matters. . . " because now the war may have gone beyond Ukraine's borders. Ukraine says they didn't do it, but pundits are saying that they did. But why should Russia be allowed to attack them and they are not allowed to attack back? If other countries get more involved (although they already are sending supplies, military aid, etc.) this could possibly turn into World War III.
