Ney, my sister .... these tiny fungi are most delectable in a variety of ways ..... served fresh and firm in a salad or sautéed among the onions and dabbled over a side of fresh beef .... chopped fine and placed in a mouthwatering omelette...ooh- la-la this and those lovely veggies will be a gourmet meal to delight even the faintest of heart! :mdrmdr: Besides, their just fun guys! TR Bwahahahaha … look how many meals you just ruin by adding mushrooms. :stinkerbell: Ok … I’ll meet you half way … if the shrooms have to be on the table … they remain in a covered dish :yes: and … never to be opened.
