In the executive order he order a 45 day DNI report that had 15 govt agencies report on election fraud with foreign nations. We know that China, Iran and Venezuela participated in a very large scale election fraud. Trump from what I have read is going to #1 announce the fraud and the report on the DNI report when its presented. #2 invalidate the election and put the united states into the insurrection act. The act provides a "statutory exception" to the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878, which limits the use of military personnel under federal command for law enforcement purposes within the United States.[1][2] Before invoking the powers under the Act, 10 U.S.C. § 254 requires the President to first publish a proclamation ordering the insurgents to disperse. As part of the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878, these provisions are now codified as amended. There are Constitutional exceptions to Posse Comitatus restrictions rooted in the President's own constitutional authority. Defense Department guidelines describe "homeland defense" as a "constitutional exception" to Posse Comitatus restriction, meaning that measures necessary to guarantee National Security from external threats are not subject to the same limitations. Trump knows that when he puts the united states into the Insurrection Act there will be chaos with the Democrats who know there was massive fraud but will do anything to keep the presidency. If Trump does report on the DNI report and put the US into the insurrection expect BLM and Antifa rallies and riots in every major city nationwide. One of Trump's Attorney tweeted recommending stocking up on food water and 2nd amendment supplies. I also follow military plane movements. In Nov normal military flight movements are around 2,000 flights a month. Last month there were 7,000 flights.
