Feasts? The hidden manna, maybe...? I've wondered if hidden manna was what Jesus described to his disciples when after ministering to the woman at the well, (John 4), He declared , “I have food to eat that you do not know about.” ... "My food is to do the will of him who sent me and to accomplish his work." Pergamum?? Thats where Satan has (had?) his throne, right? Thanks for the background. :yahoo: It's gonna be soooooooooooooooo good! :yahoo: I think in the case of the Masons and other societies that it is not strictly evil. They may have societies within those societies that are very much evil but they hide within the organization and use the social aspect as a cover. My grandfather was a mason yet he was a very godly man. He had a big heart for the children’s hospital that the Shriners supported but there is no way anyone could ever convince me that he was involved in anything evil. I knew him as well as I’ve ever known anyone so just because someone is active in one of these “clubs” doesn’t necessitate that they are active in evil. Like I said, I think there are inner circle that use the fraternal order as a front. I think maybe Heidi's thread about having a happy time watching the Clampetts got derailed...? :mail: This is Roy Rogers and Dale Evans Rogers’ gravestones. Looks like he joined the men’s club to get ahead in Hollywood.
