You're welcome Yohanan, happy to help. Looks like a great movie. "Geri9 says, Wow, I wonder if Kelsey Grammer got saved from being in this movie?" With everything that has happened to him in his life, I hope so!! I just saw the trailer on youtube and it gave me chills! I want to see this movie!!!! Anybody see the movie? I wanted to go to the 1:30 matinee yesterday but it was snowing and frigid temperature. Today the snow will start again … same time but it looks to only be 1 inch of snow in the forecast and a heat wave of 33 degrees. Was the theater crowded for the viewing? Did they have the salvation message? What were your thoughts? Well … I got a chance to finally see the movie this afternoon! Most of the people in the little theater room were middle age and older group … sad no young teens. Lots of people clapped at the end when they showed the real clips of the crusades and those getting saved/baptized in the ocean. I’m glad I saw it. I feel sorry for Greg Laurie … I didn’t realize he had a bad childhood. Then he lost a son in a car accident. The Lonnie Frisbee guy I thought had an ego with wanting to take over Pastor Chuck Smith’s church. I liked Greg Laurie’s storyline better … he was humble. I cracked up with the scene after the snobby members of Calvary Chapel complained they were walking barefoot on the new shag carpet and getting it dirty .. so Pastor Chuck Smith quickly solved THAT problem … by washing the feet of the hippies before they entered his church.😆 The early 1970’s sure were wild and unique timeframe … and how about the “fashion” of the long and wide side burns. Going to be fun to meet these men of faith in the next life and hear them tell of their experiences in more detail and all those who got saved during their ministry.
But will Jesus come before then? Hmmm.
