Has anyone here heard about or seen the previews of a movie scheduled to come out on 9/27 called, "The Hunt"? As I understand it, it is the story about an "elite" group of liberal globalists who pay money to be able to hunt down those of a conservative ilk, aka "deplorables". From what I can tell, they kidnap these "deplorables", give them some lead time to flee, and then hunt them down to kill them. This from the people who want to blame Donald Trump for the attacks in El Paso and Dayton. I know I should not be surprised, but the blatant, demonic evil behind this movie I must admit gave my spirit a jolt. This is such an "in your face", overt display of unmitigated evil, it makes me wonder how much longer the Lord is going to allow His Bride to be subjected to such things. I hesitated to include the link to the preview, as it literally made my stomach queasy, not only from the violence itself but from the spiritual wickedness that I sensed behind the film. On the one hand, I think it is important for us to remain prayerfully aware of the evil going on around us, but at the same time I am also cognizant that there are those whose spirits may actually be harmed by viewing such things. So, I would ask you to pray about whether the Lord wants you to view the preview before you search it out on line. It just seems to be getting darker and darker in this sin-filled, God-hating, Christ-rejecting world. Ah, but the Light is coming for His own soon. Maranatha Lord Jesus...we long to be whisked away into Your eternal presence!!! i heard about it and read news articles, but didn't watch the trailer. the plot is sickening. it is also not even original. the devils entertainment just keeps repeating with new faces on an old theme. for example, hollywood released "The Most Dangerous Game" in 2016. In many other movies, people get lost or stranded on an island where psychopaths, animals, and various creatures hunt them down and kill them, i. e. entertainment by watching helpless humans be tormented and killed. satan's idea of a good time. the studio calls it satire, but imagine the outrage if it was about killing supporters of left leaning views. In this latest movie (which the studio says they will still release on time) the targets are clearly conservative. the studio is presenting entertainment showing torment and killing of those who hold traditional views and oh coincidentally, there is an election coming in 2020. when the church is with Christ and the tribulation unrolls, it truly will be the worst time in human history. I don't think Universal Studios would make a movie about Revelation 6 or any of Revelation. The judgements are worse than they have imagined. the works of those who follow antichrist are worse than they have imagined. To top it off, the victor is not their hero. Nazi Germany was not too long ago. But in any of our lifetimes we have never seen such in-your-face evil and so much of it as we see today. And we have an evil media empire to propagate it. While it seems the world could not become more evil until after the Rapture it was Nero who was using Christians as human candles to light the road to Rome so we may yet see more heinous evil before we are taken out of here. I'm most hopeful that the events taking place in the next few months are a trigger for His return for us. Indeed all under the guise of entertainment. The world and it's minions are truly adept at projecting subliminal messaging through various media and means. As such this IMHO is just more "pre-conditioning" efforts driven by a lawless spirit of hell. Indeed though they are so transparent at keeping the masses dumbed down and dulled from any form of personal accountability! This breaking down of the fabric of our society, is not really about political affiliations, but rather a deeper spiritual attack against all that is good, holy and Godly!!! Approaching the days of Noah, where every man was a law unto himself! This violence overtaking the whole Earth was also cause for the flood. Again, the Lord has tarried IMHO only for the purpose of not leaving any excuse for people denying Christ as well as for tallying and documenting each of their sins. The day of God's great accounting before His throne, when He will JUDGE all things is certainly brought into a clear focus and is truly within our sight! Sin's great and small will be judged no doubt and rightfully so, but it also seems to me that the Lord will highlight the astonishing depravity to which man has aspired and achieved! Man will be guilty on all counts with numerous extenuating and aggrivated circumstances. Our time is short for which we glory in, but for the unsaved their time is also short and it will truly be inglorious!!! TR A wise man once said, stupid is as stupid does! How much more so for those who are spiritually stupid. Truly the Lord can heal all manner of sickness, disease, illness and even sometimes death! But He don't heal stupid!!! Go ahead, ask me how I know. Tee, hee, hee. TR There is another aspect that is not being talked about very much: While this is a stupid leftist fantasy and only meant to be a slap in the face of conservatives, it may also be intended to provoke some unhinged people who identify with the far right groups to attack some people because they feel threatened. The Left would be delighted with such an outcome and would repeat the call for all guns to be confiscated (except for theirs, or their private bodyguards). The movie's premise may sound idiotic, but it may be part of the larger game-plan to further their hateful agenda. Indeed provocative no matter who takes the bait, but point well taken! Seems that lawlessness and insanity are often married together. But again IMHO a purposeful dumbing down of society at large and adding to that a large increase of people operating outside the realm of sanity continues to amaze and horrify! Add to this an ever increasing and enlarging role of drugs. Not least of which addressing our general spiritual health! TR I just read at 5 pm on 8/10 the not only pulled the trailer but now "delayed" the release of the movie! Thank you Jesus! Yes. I saw that today as well. Score one for the Restrainer! Praise God!!!
