Paul said to the carnal Corinthian church that we ALL will be changed in the twinkling of an eye (1Cor 15: 51-52). there are no raptures of the church in stages. we look around (we including me) wondering how much closer we are to the rapture. but if it is on a timetable that God has scheduled, there may not be a "warning event" that takes place. Israel and the nations will be caught off guard when the church is gathered to Christ. God may simply bring us home at that day and time because it is time.
