We will have a Sprintime rapture or will we be left here until the Fall of 2023?!!!!   Both are possible at this point, but a Springtime rapture does seem more probable.  Or could the Lord's thinking be that he wants us to see in full what we are being saved from!  What are your thoughts?  TR

I have been on the fence for a number of years regarding the witnessing of the Ezekiel war. I am getting more convinced that we may see it and as CJ Lovik pointed out, there may be a gap between that war and the beginning of Daniels 70 weeks by about 40 days which I believe somewhere in the middle of that 40ish days will be the timing of the Bride’s rapture. I have am praying for a spring rapture.

The powers of the earth are holding their breath waiting for the signal from God Almighty — see they cannot move to do evil until they are allowed. Remember the story of Job. God gave limited permission and stated what was allowed to be done to afflict Job. The end of the age is the same — God will only allow satan to do what God says is allowed as He moves His purpose along.  The devil does not even realize that he is marching to the tune that God has designed and can only do what he is allowed to do.

I am so confident that we are absolutely in the final nanoseconds of this age. It is exciting to watch this on the big screen :mdrmdr: :popcorn :yahoo:  —- we are going home little brother.

I still believe the Rapture can happen any day and does not need to be tied to a Jewish feast. Today works for me!

, ~ ~ We are so thankful, Lord how You have touched us by Your spirited Truth so faithful to know You. ~~ ,

oh Creator God of immeasurable Value , Thank You, thank You, thank You for paying the Price deeply satisfying the Father's Justice and granting us Mercy . . ~~ Soooooooooooo Beautiful are You, Holy Spirit for teaching us and giving us eternal blessings that are pleasing the Father Who loves Jesus and us.

I love Christ's prayer in John 17:20 ~ ~

"I pray   —as you are in me, Father, and I am in you. And may they be in us so that the world will believe you sent me. “I have given them the glory you gave me, so they may be one as we are one. I am in them and you are in me. May they experience such perfect unity that the world will know that you sent me and that you love them as much as you love me.  Father, I WANT these whom you have given me to be with me WHERE I AM. (Rapture) Then they can see all the glory you gave me because you loved me even before the world began!"

So amazing this most beautiful prayer by our very Intercessor of Love and Shelter and Grace!   . . Oh, Jesus You are Love, eternally Supreme and Majestic ~ . .

Indeed our hope is any minute.  That said, I have offered two possible reasons that we are still here.  First being that the Lord wants our hearts to be on the same page with Him regarding His judgements.  Secondly as mentioned He also wants to see that we are not only being saved from the death penalty of sin, but from the overriding evil and wickedness lying before us!  The horrors before us pale to the horrors of hell!  Jesus paid the price and has gone above and beyond to leave us the Holy Spirit to fellowship with until we are all reunited with the full godhead!  How glorious is that!  I am still convinced that the day of the rapture is not primarily for Israel, but rather for the bride of Christ!  Again the timing of the rapture will not keep Israel from accepting the AC as messiah!  Sad, but true!  God forgive me of all my sins, those apparent and those private!  Forgive my trespasses against You for when I trample upon your toes insisting on my own will!  Forgive every indiscretion whether in thought, word or deed!  Lest the sacrifice of Christ be in vain!  Forgive me when I overstep my bounds when I indulge in judging others!  Forgive me when my light for You refuses to shine forth!  Forgive my fear, doubt and unbelief!  Forgive me when I seek my ways rather than Yours!  Forgive every word spoken by me and not inspired by the Holy Spirit!  Forgive every spiritual trespass, transgression and sin!  Forgive any proud look or haughty spirit I have displayed!  I turn all of these over to Your washing and redempting blood sacrificed for me!  All to Your glory, now and forever, Amen.  TR

And, I think our main reason for still being here is to try to bring others to the Lord.  Although men's hearts, and women's, seem to have hardened considerably.  I only sow a few seeds here and there and hope people will remember when we're gone.  They mostly look askance, thinking I must be some kind of nut.  What a terrible price they will pay!

I try to bless people; I try to encourage the saints.  They are weary.

I used to wonder why, after so many years of Noah's preaching, no one believed.  Now I'm surprised that even his own family came on board.

Amen, TR!  i loved praying along with you!  thank you for sharing that publicly!

...and i agree with your reasons for why we are here...along with choosing to get to know Him better and love Him more while it still requires choice and faith and effort on our part to submit to Him and to study His Word and to listen and desire not only closeness but also guidance and wisdom from Him by His Spirit within us....and to have the trust and willingness to follow through in obedience

Many people that I love and respect have for some time spoken of the rapture as being so near as to almost promise the day!  Yet, years later we are still here!  I appreciate their excitement but we yet remain!  Certainly it is for an appointed time and day, and we see "day" approaching!  When eternity shall be realized by those who love Christ!  We are expected to not only believe in Christ, but to also love Him!  Sadly, this is where intellectual ascent alone will find many left behind!  Again, if we are but found "pleasing in His sight" we shall also be saved!  TR

Whenever the rapture happens it won't be "soon enough"!  I may not have insights into the political aspects of God's plans and timing that being above my pay grade!  I heard Amir in his teaching concerning the rapture bemoan someone's publishing a book on a "gap" between the rapture and the tribulation period!  He echoed my sentiments by saying, "who cares", we won't be here!  Ergo much of Revelation after the rapture doesn't involve us!  But many still see an opportunity to show everyone their expertise and knowledge of understanding scriptures that don't apply to the Church of Christ!  One can contemplate but should not waste time in debate!  TR
