Yesterday, I went to my congregation and worshipped our Wonderful God and then had fellowship together with fellow believers. It was a wonderful day of rest. While walking to my friend's place, I smelt it. I really did! The smell of Spring! The snowdrops are blooming and the crocuses are starting. :rose: The songbirds are singing their sweet hymns again. ^^ I feel the love! The whispers of our Loving and coming Saviour and feel compelled to read the Song of Solomon. Please join me in doing so. :heart: Song of Solomon 2:10-14 New King James Version 10 My beloved spoke, and said to me: I am a romantic at heart. ❤️ This Song of Solomon really speaks to me. God really, really, really loves us! Like over the top loves us. ❤️ ------- Song of Solomon 8:13-14 New King James Version The Beloved ------- Let Him hear it! :yahoo: Make haste, my beloved. Maranatha! :heart: Beautiful! Beautiful! Thank you, Kolleen. :rose:
“Rise up, my love, my fair one,
And come away.
11 For lo, the winter is past,
The rain is over and gone.
12 The flowers appear on the earth;
The time of singing has come,
And the voice of the turtledove
Is heard in our land.
13 The fig tree puts forth her green figs,
And the vines with the tender grapes
Give a good smell.
Rise up, my love, my fair one,
And come away!
14 “O my dove, in the clefts of the rock,
In the secret places of the cliff,
Let me see your face,
Let me hear your voice;
For your voice is sweet,
And your face is lovely.”
13 You who dwell in the gardens,
The companions listen for your voice—
Let me hear it!
The Shulamite
14 Make haste, my beloved,
And be like a gazelle
Or a young stag
On the mountains of spices.
