Indeed!  But for those judged by God their blood will reach as high as a horse's bridle!

What happens to our blood is really inconsequential!  Point is we won't be here!  And we are changed!

That's good enough for me!

Ok, I have just one more question and I promise I will get off this Merry-Go-Round ... B-)

We see here in John 19:32-37  Jesus was pierced and all His blood and water came out.  Does this mean in His resurrected body He still has the blood and water or are the glorified bodies empty of both liquids?  Or is this still a mystery and nobody knows?

Then came the soldiers, and brake the legs of the first, and of the other which was crucified with him.

But when they came to Jesus, and saw that he was dead already, they brake not his legs:

But one of the soldiers with a spear pierced his side, and forthwith came there out blood and water.

And he that saw it bare record, and his record is true: and he knoweth that he saith true, that ye might believe.

For these things were done, that the scripture should be fulfilled, A bone of him shall not be broken.

And again another scripture saith, They shall look on him whom they pierced.

————

I John 3:2

Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

Geri I concur with Arthur and Johanna, much of this “debate” boarders on several cult teachings that promote continued shedding (blood left, used, drank) of blood. It is flawed and used to discredit the sacrifice of the lamb of God, one time for all. As I mentioned, our God is truly beyond understanding on exactly how He will accomplish this — that can be seen as our Faith in how he works, not that He will work, because we all understand He will. You don’t know that Christ didn’t have blood after resurrection, no Biblical description, he did eat, he did appear from place to place, he did have a touchable, physical form, he did ascend. Don’t get caught on a merry-go-round that was started from cult thinking- jump off and watch the Lord work, it’s so much more exciting! :prayer-hands:

Apparently He was bled of both blood and bodily fluids!

Suggesting we will have neither as well!

Geri7, Some people use 1 John 3:2 to imply that at the Rapture we will all literally including women look just like The Lord Jesus Christ implying that women will get a sex change at the Rapture and we will all look like a 33 1/2 y/o Jewish male named Jesus Christ for all of eternity. Should we jump on that merry-go-round for a while lol

Many times in my world we note that when the heart bursts from a cardiac arrest you will see water mixed with blood, a large volume bleed from a pericardial effusion will also see this. I have attached a scientific study done on the bodies reaction to a crucifixion and although difficult and heart breaking to read, it shows the extent of Gods love for His creation.
Now also understand, as believers we understand that Jesus gave up His life, His death was by design and direction from God almighty, each step of the crucifixion had a physical purpose and God allowed it for us.

This is why, I say, by Gods awesome indescribable power, Jesus Christ was also made whole again through His resurrected body, just as Lazarus, the little girl, the young man on the death brier - but He is still fully man and fully God for all eternity! What does that look like —- we shall soon see, get ready for an awesomely spectacular eternity :yahoo: :prayer-hands: “step’ on clouds ... we’ll Jesus Christ, Jett Him in the air .... :prayer-hands:

Indeed Sis!

Again, though many men and woman died horrible deaths, Christ carried the atonement of the whole world on His shoulders!

Let alone the Son being forsaken by the Father!  Which might have been His greatest agony!

This thread is also getting quite long!

Better long than sparse or naked!

Can not even fathom either the depths of Gods love or the pain of that separation from a loving Father ... It brings a small new understanding to the verse ....

2 Corinthians 4:17-18 “For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison, as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal.” :prayer-hands: I pray we are worthy for His sacrifice! How He loves us! :prayer-hands:
