Happy B - day Dan!  Just in case we're no longer here!  Curious, how old will you be before the Rapture!  TR

Provided the Rapture is within the next 2 1/2 weeks, I'll be in my 76th year. From then for another 52 weeks, (God forbid very many weeks into it...), I'll be in my 77th year.  I was due platinum last September.  Older than your advancing years, TR.  And I predict I will always be older than you unless one of us travels near the speed of light for a while in eternity, and then we meet again.

 :good:

I agree Tammie, we are filled with the Holy Spirit of the living God are we not!  So many calendars, so many teachings, so many opinions!  The bible makes it abundantly clear that no man know the day or hour!  That is to say that no one will be able to say Thus sayeth the Lord with regards to His timing.  But in my musings of a high sign, it is made clear that this word can only come from the Lord himself!!!  As such, I am still mystified as so many who hang on every press release, and chase down every avenue known to man in order to ascertain day of our redemption are so ambivelent towards the premise that God if He so choose could indeed give each of us an unarguable foreknowledge of that day!  To disregard, dismiss or make light of this possibility seems a foolish endeavor on so many levels!  TR

Yes TR - you are correct, I have always held to an imminent return and I feel that God spoke volumes in Ecclesiastes 3:11 “He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also, he has put eternity into man’s heart, yet so that he cannot find out what God has done from the beginning to the end.”

God know our heart and he knows that if we knew the entire plan we would just about go to great lengths to “worship” the plan (so to speak) instead of the one who placed the stars in the heavens.

Many of us here have been watchers of the Lord’s calling home of the Bride for a long time (almost as old as Dan Smile ) and have seen the soothsayers come and go. I think the season is now and God’s perfect timetable will soon be fulfilled and we will look back from the other side of eternity and do the head slap thing, for “that was so simple, yet I did not see it”

The weight of this world is very heavy, the battle is long. I long for our new heaven and a new earth in which righteousness reigns for all eternity; we will see our entire family and ones from history as the body of the Bride fully complete, but most of all we see and behold our wonderful Savior in all His glory. I am homesick, weary, and thankful to be going home soon! :prayer-hands:
