Swiss Family Robinson is a favorite of mine. I also liked the old Dori Day movies. My Fair Lady, The King and I, Moses, and shows like Gilligan’s Island, I Love Lucy, The Andy Griffin Show, The Wild, Wild West, The Rifle Man, those are the good ole days. Heaven is far sweeter! :prayer-hands: Don’t like magic …. but what about Nanny McPhee … as the movie progressed watching her warts disappear along with that hideous hanging tooth. B-) That was an odd movie for sure and the sequel just as odd. No, I agree with Yohanan, I’m not much on movies with magic, evil, or such. Although I will be honest to say I’ve watched my far share of Harry Potter, Mary Poppins, Wizard of Oz, and a few others, but not ones like vampires, living dead, Friday 13th, or Freddie Cougar stuff those are purely demonic and made to desensitize to evil. That’s the last “magic” movie I saw on tv. I didn’t see the dark side in that one … instead it was rather humorous. I never saw the sequel … I wouldn’t at all be surprise with hollyweird making that one dark. I’m not into horror, dark magic nor the vampire and gory movies either. My limit as a 3 - 5 yr old was watching Herman on The Munsters. Then in 2000 when it appeared as reruns … TV Land … that’s when I got the shock when this one episode had grandpa in his dungeon calling on the underworld. I was shocked and quickly turned the channel and never wanted to view that program again. Yet the lack of interest in exploring this assuring and positive possibility continues to fall on deaf ears! WOW! I'm not sure I'm following you here, TR. Can you bring some clarity to this?
