Here's a good article on the qualifications of Rosh Hashanah as the time of the rapture:

https://raptureandendtimes.com/2020/03/12/rapture-2020-the-feast-of-trumpets/

Not to say that it can't happen before then, as it seems so near by current events, etc.  But the rapture-related names for Rosh Hashanah are compelling:

"Jewish names and themes for this feast include:

Rosh HaShanah – ‘Head of the year’ / Tishrei 1 is the first day of the Jewish new year in their civil calendar. It is the anniversary of the creation of Adam and Eve.

Yom Teruah – ‘Day of Awakening Blast’ / Jewish belief is that the resurrection of the dead will occur on the feast of Trumpets.

The Last Trumpet – On this day, there are 100 trumpet blasts. The final, long, and most significant trumpet blast is called ‘the last trump’.

Yom Zikaron – ‘Day of Remembrance’ / A day on which the chosen people remember God, and God remembers them.

Yom Hadin – ‘Day of Judgment’ / God opens the books on that day and judges the righteous and the wicked according to what they had done.

Yom Hamelech – the Day of the Coronation of the King.

The time of Jacob’s trouble – There shall be great tribulation in Israel such as never was since there was a nation.

Yom Hakeseh – The Hidden Day / It was ‘hidden’ because they didn’t know the exact day it would begin due to the fact that it is the only feast that starts on a new moon. Thus it was a two day feast because they didn’t want to celebrate it on the wrong day. Concerning Rosh HaShanah, the Jews would typically say “Of that day and hour no one knows.”

The Opening of the Gates of Heaven / The Gate of Heaven is opened on Rosh HaShanah so the righteous nation may enter.

The Wedding of Messiah / The blowing of the heavenly trumpet is a call for the entire, true, bride of God to assemble together."

Matthew 24:36-37
New King James Version
No One Knows the Day or Hour
36 “But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only. 37 But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.

In the above verse, Jesus could be naming not the year, but the time of year, Rosh Hashanah.  This is indicated by the following quote from the above article:

"Thus it was a two day feast because they didn’t want to celebrate it on the wrong day. Concerning Rosh HaShanah, the Jews would typically say “Of that day and hour no one knows.”"

The article ends by talking about 9/11, the attack on the twin towers in NYC.  At the time I remembered thinking it could be a week's warning till the rapture as Rosh Hashanah was on 9/18 in 2001.  However 20 years have passed since then and I wonder now if there is a Biblical significance to the number 20 in the Bible.  This is from an internet search:

"The Number 20
Twenty means a complete or perfected waiting period.
-Jacob waited 20 years to take possession of his wives and property and be freed from the
control of Laban, his father-in-law (Genesis 31:38-41).
-For 20 years the children of Israel waited to be freed from Jabin, king of Canaan, who
oppressed them. Finally, Deborah and Barak were raised up by God to free the people
from bondage (Judges 4-5).
-In the days of the Prophet Samuel, the Philistines battled Israel and seized their Ark of
the Covenant. This resulted in such calamities on the Philistines that after seven months
they sent it back to the Israelites. The Ark ended up in the city of Kirjath-jearim, several
miles west of the Holy City, and it was some 20 years before it was returned to Jerusalem
(1 Samuel 5-7)."

Sounds GREAT! :good:

I’m also wondering if THIS is also a clue … the final 2 verses of the Bible are numbered  20-21  ….  2021 😉    With this awesome promise ….

Revelation 22:20-21

20 He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.

21 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

Hi Geri, that is interesting about 20-21.  I believe there are many hidden messages in the Bible.

This is kind of interesting about the above article I posted.  He wrote it before Rosh Hashsanah in 2020.  I kind of wonder why he didn't anticipate the rapture for that year but skipped a year to 2021.

Because of the age of Israel being 73 in 2021 — given the 7 years of tribulation for God to judge Israel, then they will be 80 :… the years of a man …” the age of Moses when he returned to Egypt with his Gentile bride to remove Israel from the land; the length of time Jospeh “ruled” Egypt; The number of days once the ark landed before the Dove was finally gone (let the dove out, she came back, he waited 7 days and let the dove out again and she brought back the olive branch) So many different levels of revelation to understand an infinite God.

20 years after 9/11. Quite significant.

Things are speedily coming together. This next 6 weeks could be very interesting.

I think there is a very real possibility of the Rapture in September.

I am an anytime Rapture believer. IMHO if the Rapture is to happen on a holiday, I've felt Shavuot and Tu B'Av to be the best dates.

As for the rapture happening anytime, I just saw a Bible Code for it to happen today!  Tu B'Av is coming shortly; July 23-24, starting tomorrow according to hebcal.com.
