So is he saying the rapture would be Nov 1? If so, that would be about the same as saying the calendar is off a month. The new moon is around Oct. 21 for Feast of Trumpets and Day of Atonement the end of October. With April 13, 2029 (Apophis) subtract 1260 days getting us to October 31, the day of the flood. As in the days of Noah.
@blue The calculations are too complicated for me but that's what it looks like. Pretty discouraging. Nobody wants to wait that long. I'm still hoping for Oct. 6 or 13 per Tom Horn.
Five Doves, Ron Reese (5 Oct 2025) "Possible Dates for the Rapture/Sudden Nuclear Destruction in October, 2025"
[Short clip]
...Oct. 17th One of the testimonies that I heard on the internet was from a middle-aged man who died for a few minutes, and came back to life, after spending time with Jesus. This testimony was very emotional, especially as he was describing World War 3. There was no mention of a Rapture. He got really emotional as he described the nuclear destruction on 5 United States cities. The cities being destroyed with nuclear weapons were New York City (mystery Babylon in Revelation 18), Washington D.C., Los Angeles, Chicago, and Dallas. Are you ready for this? This man claimed that the Lord gave him the date that this nuclear destruction would take place. The date is OCTOBER 17TH.
...I am believing that this 8-day period is the most likely time for the Rapture during the week of October 13--21st of this year.
On October 6–7, the Harvest Moon will cast its golden glow over fields, signaling the traditional wrap-up of the harvest season.
This year’s Harvest Moon is unique, as it is the first Supermoon of 2025, which means it will appear larger and brighter than normal. It is also a rare late (October) Harvest Moon, which occurs only about once every five years.
But the full moon also has prophetic connotations:
Since the moon is symbolic of the Church, the “full” moon signifies its completion, when the full number of Gentiles has come in (Rom. 11:25).
The full moon is also when the “goodman,” a type of Jesus, returns: “The goodman … is gone on a long journey … He will come home at the full moon” (Prov. 7:19, 20). With this image in view, it is striking that as the Harvest Moon nears peak fullness on October 6–7, an asteroid named “4239 Goodman” is found adjacent in the constellation Pisces, the fish that symbolize the Church.
Thus, we have a picture of the “Goodman” visiting the “Church” in the constellation associated with the Church. What’s more, the meeting occurs at the appointed time of the Goodman’s return—the full moon.
The most significant thing about the impending Harvest Moon, however, is that it marks the beginning of the Feast of Tabernacles, the festival associated with the change of our earthly bodies, or “tabernacles,” from mortal to immortal:
“We groan, longing to be clothed … with our heavenly [immortal] dwelling …. For while we are in this tent, we groan and are burdened, because we do not wish to be unclothed but to be clothed instead with our heavenly dwelling, so that what is mortal may be swallowed up by life” (2 Cor. 5:2, 4).
“The trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed. For the perishable must clothe itself with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality …. Then the saying that is written will come true: ‘Death has been swallowed up in victory’” (1 Cor 15:52–54).
Adding to the theme of death conquered, or attaining immortality:
• The Harvest Moon at Tabernacles crosses the Band that binds the fish of Pisces, evoking a severing of the band that represents mortal “bondage” (Rom. 8:21).
Adding to the coincidence, the number 18 is associated with a release from bondage (Judg. 10:7, 8; Luke 13:11, 12).
• The Harvest Moon at Tabernacles occurs exactly two years after Hamas’s ruthless butchering of 1,200 Israelis. Since a day equals a year in Bible prophecy, the two-year span evokes a passage in Hosea: “Let us return to the LORD. He has torn us to pieces, but he will heal us; he has injured us, but he will bind up our wounds. After two days he will revive us” (6:1, 2).
• The Harvest Moon at Tabernacles occurs on the third day of the biblical week, a day associated with weddings and resurrection (Ex. 19:16; 1 Cor. 15:4; Hos. 6:2).
SUMMARY
The impending Harvest Moon:
• Will meet asteroid “Goodman” (Jesus) in Pisces.
• Will cross the Band of Pisces, evoking a release from mortal bondage.
• Occurs on the Feast of Tabernacles, the festival associated with our new immortal bodies.
• Occurs 18 months after the American solar eclipse, evoking a release from bondage.
• Occurs 2 years after the Hamas attack, evoking a “reviving” after two days.
• Occurs on the day of the week associated with weddings and resurrection.
To be clear, only God knows the day of our bodily transformation (Matt. 24:36). But the Harvest Moon at Tabernacles is a timely reminder that when the full number of Gentiles comes in, the Goodman will come to reap the harvest and change our temporary tabernacles into glorious permanent ones.
Maranatha!

NOTES:
1. The full moon will reach 100% illumination in Israel on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at 6:47 a.m. IDT.
2. John Gill on the “goodman” in Proverbs 7: “He hath taken a bag of money with him …. for his journey, since it was not a few pieces of money he put in his pocket to defray expenses, but a bag of it he carried in his hand, it shows that he should be out a considerable time; [and] will come home at the day appointed; and not before …. it is to be understood of the full moon, as Aquila and the Vulgate Latin version render it; when it is light all night, and so a proper time for travelling home again. Gersom takes it to mean the beginning of the year, when the holy blessed God, parabolically speaking, sits upon a throne to judge the world in righteousness: the Targum calls it the day of the congregation; some fixed festival day, when the congregation meets together; and at such a festival, or appointed time, this good man had fixed for his return, and when, and not before, he would. This she says to remove all fears from the young man of being surprised and caught by her husband. There is an appointed time for Christ's second coming, when he will certainly come, and not before; and which is supposed to be at a great distance of time: and therefore wicked men and seducers, and such as the apostate church of Rome make use of to encourage themselves in their wickedness, in hopes of impunity, put the evil day far away from them; but in the appointed time Christ will come, and call his servants to an account, good and bad.”
3. Feast of Tabernacles: Rapture Types and Scenario by T.W. Tramm:
IMPORTANT MESSAGE: No one knows the day or hour of Jesus’ return (Matt. 24:36). However, a convergence of biblical signs and timelines suggests that it is near. To escape the judgment reserved for a God-rejecting world, one must know Jesus as Lord and Savior. If you have not yet done so, call on His name and believe that He is the Son of God who died for your sins and was raised from the dead, and you will be saved (Rom. 10:13).
@blue Wow, thanks. We're hoping. Meet us for breakfast sometime after we get there. Scrambled eggs with cheese, biscuits and gravy, rooty tooty fresh & fruity, and of course whatever you like.
COULD the resurrection-rapture occur around the Feast of Tabernacles?
Here are 14 biblical parallels that suggest it could:
1. WHEAT GATHERING
Tabernacles, or the Festival of Ingathering, is when wheat is gathered into barns or granaries (Ex. 23:16; Deut. 16:13).
The Rapture is when believers are gathered into God’s “barn” in heaven (2 Thess. 2:1; Matt. 3:12; John 14:2).
2. WEDDING REMINDER
Tabernacles is when the Law, or “wedding covenant,” is read (Deut. 31:10, 11; Neh. 8–10).
The Rapture is when the wedding covenant is consummated.
3. BRIDAL WEEK
Tabernacles is celebrated for seven days, corresponding to the seven-day bridal week (Gen. 29:27).
The seven-day bridal week corresponds to the seven-year wedding celebration in heaven after the Rapture.
4. REJOICING WITH PALMS
Tabernacles is a time of rejoicing before the Lord with palm branches (Lev. 23:40).
Revelation 7 shows the redeemed saints in heaven rejoicing with palm branches (v. 9).
5. IMPORTANT TO GENTILES
The Feast of Tabernacles will be celebrated by all the nations throughout the Millennium, indicating that it has special significance to Gentiles (Zech. 14:16).
The Rapture is a primarily Gentile event.
6. FULL MOON
Tabernacles begins at the full moon, signifying fullness.
The Rapture is when the full number of Gentiles has come in (Rom. 11:25).
7. HARVEST IS PAST
Tabernacles is observed after summer, when the harvest is past.
After the summer harvest is when the Jews lament not being saved: “The harvest is past …the summer has ended, and we are not saved” (Jer. 8:20).
8. TIME OF RELEASE
Tabernacles is the appointed time of release, or debt forgiveness (Deut. 31:10 AMP).
The Rapture is the ultimate release from worldly concerns.
9. FIRST STOP AFTER DEPARTURE
After departing Egypt, the Israelites first camped at a place called Sukkot, meaning “Tabernacles” (Ex. 12:37).
The departure from Egypt is a picture of the Rapture, when believers depart the world.
10. NEW DWELLINGS
Tabernacles is when the Jews remember how they previously lived in temporary dwellings (Lev. 23:42, 43).
The Rapture is when believers receive new and permanent “dwellings,” i.e., glorified bodies and mansions in heaven (1 Cor. 15:53; John 14:2).
11. TRANSFIGURATION
Jesus’ transfiguration “after six days” occurred during the Feast of Tabernacles (Matt. 17:4).
The transfiguration after six days foreshadows the Church’s glorification after 6,000 years.
12. LIMITED APPEARANCE
In John chapter 7, Jesus attends the Feast of Tabernacles in partial secrecy because His time had not yet fully come and His Jewish brothers did not believe in Him (vv. 5, 6).
Similarly, the Rapture is a limited appearance at a time of Jewish unbelief.
13. TEMPLE DEDICATION
The First Temple was dedicated to God during the Feast of Tabernacles (1 Kings 8:65).
The Last Temple, the Church, or Body of Christ, will be dedicated at the Rapture (Eph. 2:20–22).
14. LIBERTY DECLARED
Tabernacles begins five days after the Day of Atonement, the day on which liberty is declared by a trumpet blast (Lev. 25:9).
The liberty proclaimed on the Day of Atonement foreshadows the liberty from death at the Rapture (1 Cor. 15:51–54; Rom. 8:19–23).
With the above parallels in view, here is a plausible festival scenario:
• The memorial trumpet blasts on the Feast of Trumpets are a reminder, or wakeup call, that Judgment Day is at hand.
• The ten Days of Awe leading up to the Day of Atonement represent the final opportunity to be sealed for redemption before liberty is declared.
• The full moon at Tabernacles signifies the fullness of the Gentiles and the end of the Church Age, when the “wheat” is gathered into God’s “barn” and the harvest is celebrated.
Having outlined a scenario, we understand that only God knows the day of the Rapture (Matt. 24:36). While it could occur between the Day of Atonement and Feast of Tabernacles, it doesn’t have to.
So, keep watch!
. . .
NOTES:
1. The Day of Atonement and Feast of Tabernacles begin on October 2 and 7, respectively, in 2025.
2. Due to a rapture prediction that went viral on platforms like TikTok and YouTube, September 23, 2025, became the most publicized and watched Feast of Trumpets ever, receiving worldwide attention from skeptics and believers alike. Could the rapture prediction ‘heard round the world’ have been a God-ordained awakening blast?
3. Liberty is declared on the Day of Atonement once every 50 years, during the Jubilee (Lev. 25:8, 9). While there is no way to know for certain when the Jubilee is, multiple reckonings point to 2025: https://tinyurl.com/yjmvym46
