Some do believe that FOT cannot be before the fall equinox, because they would have needed that to determine which new moon is FOT. This would have allowed adjustment for the 13th month in an annual cycle of 30 day months. Counting 50 day periods from Passover would not allow for the extra month when needed. 30 days divided by 5 extra days per year would mean an extra month about every 6 years. Would that mean, 10-15 thru 10-17 are possibilities?
