I don't think it's something we can figure out. We are not sure how the timing of any of the prophetic wars relate to the rapture other than Armageddon, which is obviously at the end of the Great Tribulation. I have read so many differing theories about these wars. Some say Ezekiel 38-39 war happens just before the rapture, others say after, some even think it is the final war of at the end of the Millennium, thought I doubt that. I believe God intentionally left it vague for His good purpose. All we can do is look up, pray, and lead as many as we can to Jesus. Sigh. I am getting confused about the timing of the war of Gog/Magog. In one article on RR, it said it will happen just before the second coming. I thought it happens shortly before the tribulation and leads to the confirming of the covenant with many. Heidi, what I see in Ez 38 is that God gets angry with Gog when he attacks Israel. It seems to me that Gog's entry into Israel is because Israel destroyed Damascus. It also seems at the beginning of God's wrath upon the unbelieving earth. It's early in the 70th week for Jacob and the Church is no longer here. We have been promised to be spared from God's wrath. It's not because of what we did but what Jesus did. That's what I thought. Thank you so much, Rick. Cute dog! Heidi, his name is Roco, he's 17. He's been a very good dog. I'm hoping the Lord will allow him to come along when we go.
