I think Lisa's assessment is more accurate than Barber's. I went to the FEMA website and cannot see how he came up with his conclusion. I will not be unplugging anything or turning my phone off. If this was a nefarious action they would not tell us about it, they would just do it. I think this and the Russian drill is in preparation for a future event, not to cause Graphene to activate in the masses. Besides, my trust is in the Lord. He has carried me all of this way and I will trust Him until my last breath.

Yep, I refuse to live in fear and if it is for social credit scores … so be it.  We are leaving soon.

Yahoo is talking about it … I’m going to just turn my cell phone off.  My iPad I will put on airplane mode.  I just want to avoid the blaring noise. :calvin

The backup date … Oct 11 “could” actually be … the real test alert for the left behind … since we are looking for the rapture on Feast of Tabernacles …. :popcorn

Be forewarned: On Wednesday, electronic devices nationwide, including cellphones, TVs and radios, will blare out the jolting warning sounds of an emergency alert accompanied by a message.

But don’t be alarmed, it’s only a test. We repeat: It’s only a test.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), along with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), is running the test to make sure the Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) for cellphones and the Emergency Alert System (EAS) for radio and television are in proper working order in preparation for an actual emergency, like a natural disaster, terrorism or other threats to public safety, especially nationwide.

The upcoming test has also sparked conspiracy theories online, which have been debunked as false, according to the Associated Press.

When the test alert is expected to happen
On Wednesday, Oct. 4, at approximately 2:20 p.m. ET, the alert will happen simultaneously in each time zone nationwide. Here’s when you can expect to be alerted depending on your time zone:

2:20 p.m. EDT
1:20 p.m. CDT
12:20 p.m. MDT
11:20 a.m. PDT
10:20 a.m. ADT
8:20 a.m. HST
What the national test will look like
According to FEMA, the national test will display the following message on mobile phones: “THIS IS A TEST of the National Wireless Emergency Alert System. No action is needed.”

Mobile phones set to Spanish will display: “ESTA ES UNA PRUEBA del Sistema Nacional de Alerta de Emergencia. No se necesita acción.”

The test will also include tones and vibrations to get your attention.

On TV and radio, the announcement will say: “This is a nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System, issued by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, covering the United States from 14:20 to 14:50 hours ET. This is only a test. No action is required by the public.”

How to receive Wireless Emergency Alerts messages
There is no charge to receive these national alert tests. In order to receive them, your wireless phone has to be WEA-compatible, switched on and within range of an active cell tower, and your wireless provider has to participate in WEA.

If you turn off the vibration or sound on your mobile phone, you might not feel the vibration or hear the alert signal.

FEMA says that if you don’t receive an alert, it may be because your phone is in “WiFi-only” or on “airplane mode,” is connected to a virtual private network (VPN) or has opted out of receiving alerts under the notification settings menu.

If you’re on a phone call when the alert is sent to your mobile phone, the message and tone will be delayed until you hang up, FEMA notes.

How long the test is expected to last
All major U.S. wireless providers participate in Wireless Emergency Alerts and will transmit the national test in a 30-minute window, but your mobile phone should receive it only once.

If your TV or radio is turned on and tuned to a broadcast station, satellite radio, TV service, cable or wireless TV, you should receive the test from the EAS.

Why is the national emergency test happening?
Since 2015, FEMA has been required by law to conduct tests of the Integrated Public Alert & Warning System at least once every three years. The last national test was conducted in 2021.

If other emergencies like extreme weather prevent the national test from going forward on Oct. 4, the test is planned to take place on the backup date of Wednesday, Oct. 11.

Per NTEB

FEMA in coordination with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), will conduct a nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System (EAS) and Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) today, Oct. 4 at 2:20 PM EST

Like with any other such event of this magnitude, there is some truth mixed in with a whole lot of speculation surrounding the FEMA nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System. Many of the conspiracy theories, some of them quite outlandish, are not based in reality, but that is not to say there is no conspiring taking place by our federal government. So allow me to help you to create the proper Bible believer mindset with which we need to view what’s about to happen with the FEMA Emergency Alert System Test today.

“There is a conspiracy of her prophets in the midst thereof, like a roaring lion ravening the prey; they have devoured souls; they have taken the treasure and precious things; they have made her many widows in the midst thereof.” Ezekiel 22:25

When JFK was assassinated in 1963, the federal government released the Warren Report in an attempt to create a narrative about what happened. It was mostly all lies, and they coined the phrase ‘conspiracy theory’ to label anyone who didn’t go along with it. When 9/11 happened, the federal government created the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States, and that was mostly lies designed to pass the draconian ‘1984’-esque ‘Patriot Act’ which continues to do damage to this day. Believing reports and commissions from the government is not a winning formula if it’s truth you’re after. So here is the truth about what’s taking place today.

On one hand, testing a nationwide emergency alert system has its merits, especially when we get attacked by Russia or China which seems to be brewing in the background. On the other hand, the alert system test is itself a testimony to the fact that we have all been bound to this digital identification and tracking system we call our mobile devices, as it records and reports our every move. That is what this represents, and that’s what will be going through my mind at 2:20 PM EST today. The ’emergency alert system’ known as the King James Bible contains everything you need to know about what they’re doing and why they’re doing it. We are living in the Mark of the Beast system, you call it the internet, and here on Day 1,297 of 15 Days To Flatten The Curve, the net has become a noose. Just ask Siri, she’ll tell you.

The purpose of the test is to ensure that the systems continue to be effective means of warning the public about emergencies, particularly those on the national level. In case the Oct. 4 test is postponed, due to widespread severe weather or other significant events, the back-up testing date is Oct. 11.

The WEA portion of the test will be initiated using FEMA’s Integrated Public Alert and Warning System (IPAWS), a centralized internet-based system administered by FEMA that enables authorities to send authenticated emergency messages to the public through multiple communications networks. The WEA test will be administered via a code sent to cell phones. This year the EAS message will be disseminated as a Common Alerting Protocol (CAP) message via the Integrated Public Alert and Warning System-Open Platform for Emergency Networks (IPAWS-OPEN).

All wireless phones should receive the message only once. The following can be expected from the nationwide WEA test:

Beginning at approximately 2:20 p.m. ET, cell towers will broadcast the test for approximately 30 minutes. During this time, WEA-compatible wireless phones that are switched on, within range of an active cell tower, and in a geographic area where the wireless provider participates in WEA, should be capable of receiving the test message.

For consumers, the message that appears on their phones will read: “THIS IS A TEST of the National Wireless Emergency Alert System. No action is needed.”
Phones with the main menu set to Spanish will display: “ESTA ES UNA PRUEBA del Sistema Nacional de Alerta de Emergencia.  No se necesita acción.”

Similar to when your phone receives an Amber Alert, the WEA alert tone is generally only played when the alert is initially received by the phone and on some devices stops as soon as the user clicks a button. If a phone is off before the test alert is sent and not turned back on until after the WEA Test expires (approximately 30 minutes), the phone should not get the test message.

WEA alerts are created and sent by authorized federal, state, local, tribal and territorial government agencies through IPAWS to participating wireless providers, which deliver the alerts to compatible handsets in geo-targeted areas. To help ensure that these alerts are accessible to the entire public, including people with disabilities, the alerts are accompanied by a unique tone and vibration.

Important information about the EAS test:

The EAS portion of the test is scheduled to last approximately one minute and will be conducted with the participation of radio and television broadcasters, cable systems, satellite radio and television providers and wireline video providers. The test message will be similar to the regular monthly EAS test messages with which the public is familiar. It will state: “This is a nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System, issued by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, covering the United States from 14:20 to 14:50 hours ET. This is only a test. No action is required by the public.”

Note to Broadcast Outlets:

Please do not include the tones or Attention Signals in broadcast TV or radio coverage about the Nationwide Emergency Alert Test being conducted on Oct. 4, 2023. Doing so could result in a violation of federal regulations, which prohibit the use of Emergency Alert System codes (which are audible tones) or the EAS and WEA Attention Signals, or simulations of them, except in actual emergencies, authorized tests of the EAS, or authorized Public Service Announcements (PSAs)

Per Geoffrey Grider

I think the TRUTH of the matter is we're watching the Mark of the Beast system being assembled, and that is scary enough.

The MOTB is not on this Earth until the Beast shows up. But all the systems are being put in place now for his arrival. Taking the Mark is worshipping Antichrist.

Thanks for posting that! It makes far more sense than the EMS activating Graphene in vaxx victims or the installation of a social credit system in the phones. When they decide to do that it will be though a regular OS update and the user won't be able to escape it. If you do not update your OS then your phone will stop working. That makes more sense.

I totally agree!

Yep, the lady I was talking to had her cell phone go off with the warning.   I turned all my devices off while out … now that I’m back home … I just turned everything back on and no alerts at all.

But we are not out of the woods just yet … there is another one planned for … October 11th … perhaps THAT is the real one to worry about?  😵‍💫 or … maybe not? B-)

"Yohanan says Well, the alert came and went. Seemed very anticlimactic with all the hype."

I got it two minutes before, and it was very quiet. So disappointed that it wasn't very loud!

"Oh WAIT! My arm is falling off!"

ROFL! I'm turning into a zombie soon. :mdrmdr:
