Hi Brothers and Sisters. I've been at the same property for 15 years after moving down 80 miles to a new area for work. My landlord has been good even keeping me on after I had to stop working in 2016, keeping the rent reasonable and even allowed the installation of stair lift and bath lift at his property. He is selling up his properties after new government legislation is due to kick in April of this year, he has kindly given my full deposit without doing the usual end of tenancy checks. I have 2 months to find a suitable property. In effect I'm considered homeless despite still living in the property and have applied to the local council (long waiting lists), private rental is possible but rents have gone sky high in the last 15 years. I know I don't post much other than Superior Word updates, but I would greatly appreciate your prayers to find suitable accomodation by April 11th.
