I'm on the run but posting this for you gratefulforgrace in hopes of any helps, and submitting to churchgal  for corrections, if any:

....

Maximize Your Glutathione levels:
Known as your body’s most powerful antioxidant, glutathione is a tripeptide found in every single cell in your body. It is called a “master antioxidant.” Glutathione drips are available from some MDs. Check out our recent blog on Natural Sources of Glutathione for more ideas.

Take Baking Soda:
Perhaps the first medicinal use of baking soda was written in 1924 by Arm & Hammer to treat and prevent colds and flu. They found that people who consumed baking soda in water either didn’t get sick or had lesser symptoms of the flu and colds. Those who already had the flu or cold could take baking soda in water and their symptoms would dissipate within 36 hours. It is also recommended for reducing cravings for sweets or cigarettes. Dr. Mark Sircus wrote a well-known book about the many medicinal uses of Baking Soda: Sodium Bicarbonate: Nature’s Unique First Aid Remedy. How to use Baking soda: 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda added to 1/2 glass of purified or filtered water (not tap water). This is taken once in the morning and once before bedtime.

Take CoQ10 (Ubiquinone):
Used by every cell in your body, it aids mitochondria during energy production. Aside from naturally protecting you from free radicals, it helps produce more energy for your cells, supports heart health, immune system, nervous system, and anti-aging. Diseases associated with low CoQ10 levels include Fibromyalgia, Post-myocardial infarction, Depression, Prader-Willi syndrome, male infertility, Peyronie’s disease, Migraines, and Parkinson’s. People under 25 can produce it, however, when you get older, you may need to take a CoQ10 supplement.

Take a few drops of Chlorophyl:
(or a tsp. of BarleyMax)Chlorophyll strengthens the blood-producing organs, prevents anemia, and gives the body an abundance of oxygen. Loaded with antioxidant power, chlorophyll exerts beneficial effects against cancer, insomnia, dental ailments, sinusitis, pancreatitis, and kidney stones. Dr. Otto Warbug established chlorophyll helps with oxygen deprivation, among other issues (Chlorophyll, Plant Blood, and Its Positive Effect on Our Health, n.d.). Chlorophyll has anti-aging and anti-microbial properties and helps strengthen the immune system. Choose foods rich in chlorophyll such as dark green leafy foods like spinach, broccoli, kale, mustard greens, spirulina, chlorella, barley grass, and blue-green algae. Juice them for optimal results.

Try Vitamin B-12 and Folate:
If your diet lacks folate or vitamin B-12, eating foods rich in these nutrients might boost your blood oxygen levels. Folate, also called vitamin B-9, helps your body make red blood cells — the iron-rich cells that carry oxygen in your blood. Vitamin B-12 helps you make hemoglobin, the protein that contains oxygen-carrying iron. Boost your folate intake by including citrus fruits and dark leafy greens in your diet. You can get more vitamin B-12 through supplementation.

Take Alpha-Lipoic Acid (ALA):
Aside from its free radical scavenging abilities, ALA is a powerful antioxidant. This can easily be found in foods, but it can also be found in supplements, though the research is inconclusive, there are some encouraging benefits suggested, such as protecting damage to the body’s cells.

All of those look good- I always include the glutathione, baking soda and vitamin B in my recommendations. The only thing I would watch is the Vitamin A....most of us get what we need in our foods and eating the orange and red vegetables would be good. I don't recommend supplements of  vitamin A because it is a fat soluble vitamin which means it can build up to toxic levels if over supplemented. We are all praying for you gratefulforgrace!

Thank you churchgal!
I'm going to delete the Vitamin A info.

well, maybe it's y'alls "fault" that by the time we got to the doctor appointment that we miraculously got, even though along the way he felt horrible and oximeter was saying upper 70s and terrifying things like that that i dismissed as becuz of the bright sun interferring so as not to have a panic attack while driving...anyway, by the time he got in to this new doctor, hubby's oxygen showed up 91 and his fever was gone!  so....i blame y'all and your amazingly precious, so mind blowing outpouring of prayer on our behalf!!!  i'm floored and know he will be too when i show him tomorrow...each of you and my parents, brother (& maybe sister), and father in law were pulling us through today in intercession and our faithful Lord gave us what we needed to make it through...i fell on my knees last night and fell apart before our King...i let go of what is His- trusted my husband and our daughter to Heavenly Papa after seeking your prayers on here...i thank Him for His grace and strength and favor - i didn't feel really well myself today because i coughed a lot in night (can't take cough syrups) and was so worn out and stressed, but God got us the over 30 miles there and back safely...anyway...daughter seems ok so far and was ok to stay home, i seem ok as far as no fever since Sat, and the young Dr. hubby saw prescribed cough syrup and azithromycin (z-pack generic)...flu and strep negative, covid pending til tomorrow...dr. not impressed with flccc protocol at all but not rude about it...i already finished 5 days ivermectin...i keep getting kinda fast heart thing, but i've had some sorta similar issues for past year...i think i'm about done w/ this and daughter is too and i'm trusting the Lord that hubby will be very soon back to himself - he may've had something else already with junk in lungs in mornings prior to covid, so maybe the antibiotics actually will help...and hopefully he'll sleep and God will watch over his oxygen levels Himself...

:thankyou :thankyou :thankyou for such love shown to me and my family- you are each such an incredible blessing i really can't believe...prayer is so powerful and we are so thankful- i did tell him i asked yall for prayer- can't wait to praise God with him in morning for even more answers to prayer when i show him these and Lord willing he'll be well rested and restored in every way by the touch of our Savior!

in our almost 14 years of marriage this is only the second major health scare of him being really sick- in fact he's almost never really sick just chronic allergy junk- God got me thru a surprise hospital stay of his and they wouldn't let me go in his room cuz covid back then- i think the sadness and stress and fear of it may've triggered all the health probs i've had since then actually- but i remember that peace that passeth understanding the Holy Spirit comforted me with that night and again last night when i bowed before His gracious throne and trusted Him...

thanks yohanan for making me a space to ramble on and to thank y'all for prayers and thanks y'all for info too...i do have some of those vitamin supplements that we have not taken...it feels like we are taking too much stuff already, but especially if he doesn't do more ivermectin, i will see if he and maybe me too will take some of those other things...we don't want to quit too much stuff and it get worse- we understand the beginning is really important time to fight it...i hope he wasn't already farther in that we knew (like before i got sick)...God knows...He is able...He is good...i gotta eat a snack and try to sleep so don't get sicker myself...thanks a million times over y'all for continued prayers!!!

i didn't remember hadn't said anything this AM - he'd had below 80 oxygen and i think it showed all hours below 95 while wearing a monitoring ring at night (from Prevention- got it for daughter cuz has night terrors and mental health probs to see what all heart and all is doing at night but didn't get it til we got sick so i used it to track my oxygen then his last nite)...the regular oximeter was showing upper 80s and 90- 92 i think and he was running fever...and leaning back in car was below 80...it's all kinda a blurr, but bottom line is it's been scarey and he felt really weird bad today all day but dr. thought 91 was ok and i'm thankful he's not in hospital...i gotta go sleep so i can help him heal tomorrow and be sicker again too...i don't think i'm making much sense anyway...but i realized i hadn't explained much...about rough nite and AM and all

Gratefulforgrace, we will all continue to keep you, your hubby and daughter in our prayers. :prayer-hands: If you do have some ivermectin, have your husband continue to take it if he is still having a fever; that plus the vitamins and the baking soda in water and/or high ph water. It is fine to take it all of this with the z pack, I often prescribe them together if needed. You are right, early and aggressive intervention is key. I always have great hopes of keeping people out of the hospital if I can start their treatment within one to two days of onset of symptoms. I have treated about 30 close friends and family members within the last month in addition to what I see at the hospital, it's a bit rampant right now.

We are most dependent upon Him at our weakest, and each time He sees us through, He is worthy to be praised, just as you have done so beautifully in your posts- :rose:

And when we depend upon Him when we are strong, He brags on us!
