This was not the first time Democrats pulled this trick during a national election for President of the United States. China’s Global Times state propaganda outlet in commentary on Wednesday decried America’s allegedly “chaotic judicial system” and the use of the law “as a political weapon” while addressing the Colorado Supreme Court ruling to remove former President Donald Trump from the 2024 presidential primary ballot. In a controversial ruling likely to make its way to the federal Supreme Court, Colorado’s top judicial entity declared on Tuesday that Trump was not legally allowed to run for president again on the grounds that he had “engaged in insurrection” for remarks made prior to the Capitol riot on January 6, 2021. The court applied a never-before-used provision of the Fourteenth Amendment to make its conclusion, leading many to question the legal logic of the ruling, particularly given that Trump has not been indicted on insurrection grounds, charged with sedition, or otherwise legally accused of any relevant criminal activity. Despite the lack of due process and any meaningful legal defense in China, the Global Times took the liberty of condemning the United States for the existence of disputes surrounding Trump’s presidential campaign – as well as for the existence of the Democrat and Republican parties in general. Democrats, a Chinese pro-regime “expert” told the newspaper, were “undemocratic” despite their “self-aggrandizing claim” to protecting American institutions. The Chinese state mouthpiece predicted the Trump case would aid in “further unfolding the rottenness of US politics” because the court is attempting to curtail Trump’s “political rights” – rights that do not exist in China, which does not hold presidential elections for all citizens. “The US is a country that has always been perceived as having many loopholes with constant internal quarrels, and political chaos is indeed the essence of American politics,” the propaganda outlet declared. Kennedy, is being turned down for any protection in his Presidential run. Biden’s Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas told the Kennedy campaign in a letter that U.S. Secret Service protection for Kennedy is “not warranted.” Last month, Kennedy obtained a restraining order against a stalker who broke into his house in late October. In September an armed man impersonating a U.S. Marshall was arrested at a Kennedy campaign event. The New York Post previously documented credible threats that have been made against Kennedy. Judicial Watch previously obtained internal communications within the Secret Service where they tried to deflect from public scrutiny about previously turning down Kennedy’s protection by saying it was too soon, and that requests should only be granted when the election was less than a year away. Judicial Watch noted that internally, the Secret Service was aware of multiple threats against Kennedy. This year, the FAIR report suggests, each taxpayer was billed close to $1,200 to pay for the nation’s more than 15 million illegal aliens and their U.S.-born children, commonly known as “anchor babies.” “At the federal, state, and local levels, taxpayers shell out approximately $182 billion to cover the costs incurred from the presence of more than 15.5 million illegal aliens, and about 5.4 million citizen children of illegal aliens,” the FAIR report states. “That amounts to a cost burden of approximately $8,776 per illegal alien/citizen child.” The cost of illegal immigration to taxpayers is added to ongoing inflation that Americans have suffered through since the start of President Joe Biden’s administration. In 2022 Newsome proposed a budget that would pay for all illegals to have free health care. And now, in just two days, illegal aliens will qualify for free health care in the state of California. That ought to keep the record flow of illegals to the United States to continue unabated. The state, which faces a $68 billion deficit in the next fiscal year, has been steadily expanding access to its Medi-Cal health insurance program . . . . On Jan. 1, California will become the first state to offer free health care to all qualifying individuals — regardless of immigration status or age.
